Eurofighter collision over Germany

Two Eurofighters of the German Luftwaffe (from No.73 Squadron "Steinhoff" stationed near Rostock) have collided and crashed in Northeastern Germany. Both pilots ejected and are reported to be safe.

Yes, I read that now, too. Body parts found. Very sad.

Two Eurofighter collided during combat training. One pilot is rescued, the other pilot is presumed dead. Body parts were found at the crash site but at the moment it is not confirmed, that the victim it is the pilot or someone from the ground.

A third pilot, who had participated in the exercise, initially reported two open parachutes. If one pilot perished, he might have been injured in the collision and succumbed to his injuries during or after the descent.

One of both went down near vertivally, tumbling/falling down like a leave near the crash point, seems one wing missing, or parts of it, and cashed on a field.

The other went down burning around 10 km away, and if I can identify correctly on this one picture, seems head down. It crashed in a forest,

Regarding the dead pilot, according news, body parts have been found near or at the crash site of one of both birds.

Rest in peace.
