Has military flight training continued in Rainbow Canyon after crash?

Sat Sep 14, 2019 8:56 pm

I was checking to see if flight testing has continued in the Rainbow Canyon (Star Wars Canyon) after the crash of an F-18 in the area? Several people on the ground near Father Crowley Point were injured - and it was temporarily closed. So checking to see if the observation area had reopened and if flight testing in that area had resumed? Thanks for any updates. Hoping to visit area end of October.
