Cost scales faster than capability.
How do you calculate that? Cost scales slower with capability. You have clearly cherry picked the situation where you are putting a small 1,000kg load in both aircraft and have them fly a short distance.
How about setting an actual mission situation. 40,000kg that has to be moved to the carrier 400nm off the coast in 8 hours. Two V-22 would be needed to move that cargo in three trips per V-22. 6,666kg per trip.
The H-60 would need 15 helicopters. Two trips per helicopter with 1,333kg per helicopter as it needs maximum fuel capacity.
15 H-60 helicopters at $2,200 is $33,000 per hour.
2 V-22 is only $22,000 per hour.
The V-22 is then two thirds of the cost. Usually the bigger you go the cheaper things get per kg That's why all the air freight is in 747-8 and 777F aircraft.
It seems entirely possible that the traditional COD-to-carrier and distribute by heli pattern is considerably cheaper than point-to-point with V-22s.
No chance. You are replacing a whole aircraft type. Three V-22 on the carrier would be able to approximately replace 2 C-2 and 6 H-60. The V-22 option has fewer aircraft, fewer pilots and takes up less space in the carrier for extra offensive firepower.
Having cargo distribution taking up space on the carrier is reducing the sortie rate of the fighters.
