Pakistan, operates the Viper, so too does pretty much every other potential nation with a budget capable of acquiring a comparable single-engine, lightweight multirole fighter capable of all-weather operation. Any other potential export country either operates something of a Russian design or does not have the need or budget to support an aircraft without support outside of China.

Huh? Since when did the F-16 grow canards? The J-10 and F-16 aren't even remotely related. Have you even seen a picture of a J-10 before?
