Slightly resembles a B2 bomber. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent reports of UAP's.

Size and shape would suggest some type of UAV. There's no way for a pilot to get adequate visibility, unless it's for a mission where goos visibility is unneccessary, or there's some sort of virtual cockpit to replace physical windows. UAV sensors don't have the same restrictions.
I think the "next generation drone" in your link gives a good idea of what the 'mystery' aircraft looks like. Also compare UAVs like Boeing's X-45, Dassault's NEURON, Airbus' LOUT testbed and the Russian S-70 Okhotnik. Tailless UAV designs have become fairly popular.

It may not be "lifesize" just a scale model for testing (and let the computations run the scale from there).
