But it isn't a full pax aircraft. It has VIP fittings including a presidential bedroom.

Yes but if you rip that all out it can only be used for pax, unless you load the cargo through the pax doors.

I think the NG cargo conversions use cargo doors previously licensed for the 737-200 and 300. Nolinor bought a VIP low cycle 737-200 from Africa a few years ago. That airframe was converted into a combi. Finding a company to do a P2F conversion shouldn't be that difficult.

Yep, and the $200 million price tag was for the 787.

Even a government would have a tough time dropping 200 mil on a 732.

This for the most part is an empty gesture if they really wanted to rid themselves of the trappings of power & privilege. To promote a more egalitarian image, then selling the one below will be the clearest signal thereof and way more convincing.....


18.5M for a 732 now is quite unrealistic -- even for a well-appointed VIP bird.
