https://www.thinkdefence.co.uk/ -- longer articles from a british point of view. I wish they would post more often.
https://www.navylookout.com/ -- British navy stuff
https://corporalfrisk.com/ -- Finnish poster. Had a great series comparing the contenders from the Finnish fighter buy
https://www.navalgazing.net/ -- More history that current events
https://russiamil.wordpress.com/ -- From a russian/american point of view???

I would add this two:

https://theaviationist.com/ -- They became quite famous when they posted a realistc reconstruction of what the special Ops UH-60 used in the raid that killed Bin Laden could have looked like.

https://theaviationgeekclub.com/ -- a lot of interesting stories from the past narrated by their protagonists.

Not aviation-related, but I like the answers given by Roland Bartetzko on Quora. German paratrooper, attended both German and French commando courses, and then fought in ex-Yugoslavia. Really insightful when it comes to infantry, their training and tactics. Nowadays he's managing things in Ukraine, but not on the frontlines.

https://www.duffelblog.com/ - A remarkably accurate military affairs journal. Technically considered satire, but the lines are much more blurred than one might expect…

Their "15,000 Dead After Longest Russian Drill Weekend Ever" was absolutely spot on.

Agreed! They’ve been pretty on it. My favs are either the ‘Putin says Russian Army has “turned the corner” in Ukraine’ or “Russian Navy invades bottom of Black Sea”
