USAF C-17 low pass over Frankfurt City
A USAF C-17 (O2-1111) just passed low over my house in Central Frankfurt. I can't remember seeing that since after 9/11, and its years ago that saw a jet as a large as a C-17 flying over the center of the city. The transporter came from Tbilisi/Georgia, and apparently has just landed at Wiesbaden-Erbenheim Air Base, at least that is were flightradar "lost" the plane.

Maybe a missed approach at FRA, or a touch-and-go at FRA.

If it was low over central Frankfurt it was not going to FRA, so no missed approach or touch and go.
Wiesbaden has an airport with a US Army base, which is roughly aligned with central Frankfurt.
How low are we talking, by the way, over central Frankfurt?
What does FR24 say?
