WSJ sucks at military reporting.
113 Kg SBD are not really bunker busters.
The A10s were upgraded to be able to carry 16 of them though.

Yeah, calling the SDB a bunker buster is a laugh. Even if it will do the job effectively on small bunkers on the surface. The SDB is a nasty little thing though. High accuracy with small explosion radius. Perfect for taking out a floor or couple of cars without impacting others near by. You'd have to use the Ginseu Hellfire for even less collatoral damage.
