Blink 182 sux, Im sick of people tellimg me its great cause they really do suck.

Musiclly punk rock is the lowest form of music. It's so simple, whats so difficult about 3 chords.. I could have had a punk band when i was 8.

But what about Bad Religion, Pennywise..
The reason people originally listend to punk was because it made a statement about the world.. Bad Religion has excellent lyrics about real issues. Blink 182 sing about how their girlfriends take off their pants and they just sit and watch tv.. how trivial

BLINK ROX!!!! i hate hip hop, i cant even understand the rules, they are gangstahs just repeating the same words over and over again and they sing about people shootin each other, I happen to like rock alternative and if you expect me to stop liking alternative rock because you say so, well good luck because i like alternative rock along with millions of my fellow american teens!!!
Give me a break, I created this username when I was a kid...

From my opinion, i think the band's okay, their later singles are pretty much into the pop-style though  

Real punk band.. let me think... how about Kid Rock.. their latest single.. American Bad @$$.. now that sucked

They do not!!!!! Blink rox although they are not a punk band they still rock. I dont care what they sing about they just rock and they are pretty funney also. Hip-hop well that just sux!!! I also do like Bad Religon and Pennywise. They are great bands. Hip hop isn,t all that creative either. Blink 182 rox!!!-che

At least in my opinion. A lot of people can't stand it  

Really though, music for listening pleasure evolved from classical music. Back in the old days *when people had to walk 15 miles in the snow to get to school  *, people had no TV or radios. they all went out to concerts and things like that.

People a lot of times forget that all music really came from classical somehow. Sure it has evolved into some really wierd types of music in some cases...but it had its roots.
some guy way back then had to "make up" music   Music is all the same philosophy...
treble clefs...bass clefs...eight notes...hehe everything   wheather its punk rock...country...jazz...or mozart  

BTW, this is from a classical musicians point of view too

All right heres the deal, blink 182 are NOT punk, they are sellout posers who are only in it for the money. Punk is the 2nd best music genre in the world, the best is SKA. hip hop sucks, and is easier to play than punk, i hate mainstream music and mtv, they make me sick!!!!

I only like one of their songs. It is Adams Song. I like the tune in it and the instruments. I don't think they suck, they just aren't one of my favorite bands

I'm gonna agree with TurboTristar about this one... Adam's Song is an excellent song but the rest of the CD is kinda monotonous, same hooks, similar lyrics.

I like rap the most, especially Snoop, Dre, Eminem, Nas, 2Pac, Pharoahe Monch, and (don't laugh) the older stuff by Coolio, but I listen to everything from "Back that Azz Up!" by Juvenile to "Canon" by Pachelbel...it just depends what kind of mood I'm in.

doesn't everyone have a right to like what they like? What makes you so high and mighty that you say that one particular band sucks, and that people shouldn't listen to them. Sure, I hate blink 182 as well, but, why the hell do you have to let the world know that they are complete morons for listening to it. I like music far from punk and ska. I'm not fond of this music, but I know people that are, and I think that it's very pretentious to think that the music you listen to is sooo high and wonderful that nothing other people listen to is right? give me a break. No one likes everyband(and if you say you do, then you have no taste in anything and should be shot :-P), we all have favourites. I don't understand why we can't just like the bands we listen to and not have to bash other bands to make the ones we listen to mightier.
