Don't try it, it will be a dissapointment. Sure, the Syntus trains nowadays run more or less on time (could be quite a revelation for someone who is used to Randstad rail travel

), and they look very futuristic, but other than that they are not so good.
They are small, narrow, lack capacity, lack toilets etc. The seats are nothing more than a wooden shelf with a piece of cotton rougly 1 cm thick. Obviously, they sit quite bad. Fortunately the Syntus also operates some Buffel trains, for the time being at least.
If you try the train, do not try it in the rush hours, the trains are crowded enough as it is.
On the more positive side, there is airconditioning and an LED-screen showing the next destination. Both things lacked in the Buffel.
The first thing to remember is always treat your kite like you treat your woman.
Get inside her five times a day and take her to heaven and back!
