The New Hulk Looks Way Too Fake!

Saw the trailer for "The Hulk", I must say that it doesn't look very realistic. The Hulk, I found it to be way too cartoonish.

What do you guys think?

Well. c'mon, it is based on a comic book. Hulks don't exist in the real world.

Spiderman and the X-Men don't exist in the real world either, and X-Men was beautifully done. Spiderman was so-so, but the Hulk looks down right stupid.

Lou Ferrigno made an excellent Hulk in the original TV series. He looked pretty real to me. And that was what? 20 years ago, before the age of computerized special effects.

Lou Ferrigno can't jump over the Grand Canyon though, like hte computer animated Hulk can. This movie sucks already.

Perhaps since it's based on a comic book, the producers and director felt it was a good idea to retain a comic-like look.

ACPirate. This isn't "Dick Tracy". X-Men, Spiderman, Daredevil etc were all based off comic books too, and looked 'real'.

And as far as the Grand Canyon goes, If Evil Kenivel could do it, Lou could do it too.

Likely, and it can work out great. Judge Dread is a prime example, very nice movie.

Yeah maybe, but I'd rather stick my package in a meat grinder than subject myself to watching any of that. I'll leave such things to the Dungeons and Dragons geeks.

Wow. LOTR ? A comic book ?

As for Daredevil, I just hope Hulk will not be as low as Daredevil. Spiderman and X-Men were marvels (pun not intended, but ok  Wink/being sarcastic ), but the movie DD was utter failure.

Yeah, I remember LOTR being this really big book by Tolkien. Not a lot of pictures, but a neat map in the dust jacket

The movie looks pretty damn stupid to me. I laugh everytime I see a preview. Especially how it seems he is just flying all over the place.
