Irony of it all is that Mr Tomas Rådström of Sweden did a lot of testing on the car 2 years ago, now it´s paying off. His best result was 3rd in the Safari,
not good enough to gain a seat in 2003...

UTA_FLYingHIGH, technically he is the first non NORDIC driver to win the Swedish Rally, previously only Swedes and Finns have won, and Finland is not part of the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland)  Big grin
But congratulations to him and Citroen!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

707, up here we seldom use snowchains but instead tires with metal studs in them.

Loeb is looking good with the start of this season;I wish Peugeot hadn't switched to the 307CC,the 206 looked better..& for now seemed to be performing better.

Perhaps we are seeing a changing of the guard in WRC as the young drivers are becoming very successful. Loeb, Solberg, and Martin have all been very promising and winning a lot in the past few seasons. Glad to see Citroen doing so well in its 2nd full season.
