Here are mine, and I'll directly link to my page on that site so you can see accompanying information. Blue=GOP Red=Dem Grey=Tossup, lighter blues and reds indicate closer elections.

FINAL RESULT:

This is a 342-196 Bush victory.

CONFIDENCE:

Now I know what your thinking... "CALIFORNIA A TOSSUP?!" It shocked me too, but a recent poll indicates Bush trailing by only 3 points in CA. Somehow I can't imagine the state of Hollywood, the Gay Area (change G to B if you don't get it), and Superfly possibly voting Republican, so I still think Kerry will take it, but the closeness is a very interesting development. This is a 227 GOP-213 tossup-98 Dem confidence map.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised with whoever wins.... I think it's going to be very close.

However, I think GWB2 will take it by a very short margin.

If California isn't solidly in the Democrat's hands nothing else matters.

I think GWB wins the popular vote by up to 5% and just barely wins the electoral college

For some reason I don't think California will be that close. I think it will be a solid Kerry prize. You can see the differences in Southern California. Drive out to where I or MattD lives and you see loads of Bush/Cheney stickers with Jesus Fishes on it. But then make your way west into the LA area and you see much more Kerry stickers. Along with that, the whole Bay Area is mostly Kerry supporters. Votes from the Bay Area and LA area will offset the Bush votes in the Inland and San Diego regions.

The most recent poll I've seen here is 55% Kerry, 39% Bush. It's not even close.
Here is a more accurate and scientific source.
If it's close here in California, it won't be as a result of liberals voting for Bush. It would be liberals wasting there vote on Ralph Nader.

I predict more voter fraud in Florida and Diebold machines changing the votes in Ohio thus both going to Bush despite most voters choosing Kerry in those states and nationwide.

I don't predict squat because the election isn't over until at least 7 days after Nov. 2nd when all the votes are counted included the absentee ballots.

You know as much as I am weary of e-voting (not of the electronic voting machines as long as they produce a receipt of some sort), I highly doubt even the most ardent Republican would willing break the law to secure the election.

I think incidents like Watergate and such are extremely rare. Now I do believe that both of the parties will use question practices to get people registered and entice them to vote, but I highly doubt there would be open breaking of the law to win the election.

Honestly, I think Kerry made a big mistake by mention the Vietnam history. And he has been bashing Bush from the very first day. It's very seldom you hear Kerry talk about what he wants to do better than Bush.

He did a very good job at the DNC. But other that that he has not been a president job worthy. Neither has Bush by the way.

So from how it looks now, I would guess that Bush wins but it's going to be very close.

Untill recently I thought that Kerry would win. But With Bush going into the convention with the lead I think he will win. California will go for Kerry but not as solidly as last time.

I guess you aren't aware of Jeb Bush being the only governor to hire a private company that randomly erase registered voters in highly Democratic precincts. That was a story never covered here by that liberal media . It ran for one week in the BBC and one day in the New York Times but that's it. They claim it was to prevent felons from voting. A Jim Crow era law never enforced in Florida until the 2000 elections.
I happen to know a lady from Ft. Lauderdale that wasn't allowed to vote and not notified. Showed up on election day and wasn't on the roster. There were 1,100+ voters with no criminal history that were prevented from voting in that election.

The CEO of Diebold said publicly that he was "Commited to delivery Ohio to Bush". Do you think a company that has such partisan views should be in the business of counting votes?

Though I believe Jeb's methods weren't perfect. I am fully behind a national system, so that local county election boards can check a person voting status (ie preventing a person from being signed up in two counties at once), and being able to check felon status more easily. Right now it's pretty much the honor system once you leave your former state.

I am steadfastly a Bush supporter (with donation photos on the wall of my office), but I just sold the local Democratic National Committee a laser printer (a really nice one at that too). A honest business man will separate his personal matters from work matters, besides lets say he breaks the law to get Bush Ohio, he is gambling his very business because it's unlikely that anyone else will buy his machines again after he's caught.

Diebold has a monopoly on those machines.
Florida is the only state that has a felony clause on the books. Besides that law hasn't been enforced since it was first enacted when the Union soldiers pulled out of The South in 1877.

No one has a monopoly on hardware for long. If Diebold makes money other people will join the fray, but many business see it as a losing prospect because auditors increase the cost dramatically. But at the same time they units have to be affordable enough for even some of the poorest counties to afford.

I don't know of a single state that allows a felon to vote, last time I checked it was a national rule.

Besides that it's a moot point they have decided that the list of 47,000 names obtained was too flawed for use.

I´ve noticed this in Ireland with some guys and girls (our companies trainees) in their late teens, early twenties...
We had a company party with free beer and those Irish blokes just sat there and got pissed. Since there was a life band playing, their girlfriends got bored and wanted to dance etc... with the foreign contractors Big grin

Well simple really. They will be injected with a simple 'Boring person' vaccine. Or be stuck in front of Airliners.Net for 2 or 3 hours or so made to read about the failing 'Bush and Kerry' threads, they will be so bummed out that beer would not even be an issue to them anymore. Thus qualifying for a Rich ass taxi driver.

That was fun and all, I gave PA to Bush, as well as NH and OR. It came out with a pretty big electoral margin for Bush, which I don't think will happen.

The only thing that bothered me about it all was that Kerry was assigned red, and Bush with blue. That threw me at first, as we're all in the mindset of Bush/GOP=Red and Kerry/Dems=Blue.

All in good fun. It wouldn't surprise me to see a 269-269 tie, meaning it goes to the U.S. House, which is GOP controlled, meaning Bush wins. Even if it goes to the Senate, the GOP wins. In a tie in the Senate, the GOP wins.

So...BUSH WINS REGARDLESS.
