USC Looks Pretty Sluggish!
Well, as a fan for another Pac10 school....I have to say that USC looks VERY beatable tonight!! They can't find a rythm at all, and they'r eyoung in-experienced recievers are not getting the job done. Now Virginia Tech is running all over the feild! I'd LOVE to see USC lose tonight. Sure makes it look like the rest of the Pac10 shouldn't be counted out this year. USC may not run away with it this year!

As a UCLA Alum, I hope to see them lose too! But it seems like they'll probably be very hard to beat this year.

Hey...I just like seeing that USC is VERY beatable. As an Oregon State fan, I'm anxiously counting down the days until September 4th when we face LSU. We're the only school in the nation this year to play BOTH national champions from last season, and our schedule is ranked in the top 5 for toughness.
Our start to the season:
September 4th: AT LSU
September 11th: AT Boise State.
September 18: New Mexico (Big whoop...we beat the living hell out of them in the Las Vegas bowl last year.
September 25th: AT Arizona State.
And it doesn't get much better from there. 7 of our oponents this year played in a bowl game last year. Should be an interesting year....

They'll be fine. It's the first game of the year against a talented opponent. Not that I'm a USC fan, but this is nothing to worry about.

ESPN2 ran a marvelous "Behind The Scenes" program during the whole game while it was on ESPN, showing views what goes on behind the scenes during a broadcast. It looks like chaos at times, and you could see tempers got short at times, but it's pretty amazing what happens behind the scenes, to make what usually looks like a smooth, seamless telecast. Excellent program.

Hmm...
They may have won against VT (an unranked team), but they sure didn't look like a National Championship team tonight. Looks like USC will need the easy schedule they've got ahead of them this year.
Sheesh.

USC doesn't have an easy schedule in front of them. The Pac10 is one of the toughest conferences around.
Washington State has been a suprise team the last 3 years. They play everyone tough...
Who knows what the heck Washington will do. Could be a down year...but who knows.
Oregons State SHOULD be tough. A great returning defense
Oregon should be tough, though not worthy of a top 25 ranking yet I don't feel...not after last year.
Cal will be very tough
Stanford...well...they'll be the door mat I bet
UCLA should get a few wins.
