Radio Ad Goes To Far..
What do you think. Click on the link below and check out the TV spot that has been refused by DFW TV stations. Personally, I think it crosses the line.

I don't think it crosses the line. Its true. There are people who are out to hurt the US and its people and its healthy to stimulate discussion about why. In my opinion it has a great deal to do with decades of failed foreign policy on the the part of the US rather than some irrational desire to hurt innocent people. Either way discussion is good.

Hahah, does it cross the line because it's the truth? I mean, those terrorists aren't exactly using water pistols here...they are strapping themselves with explosives and running into market places, army mess halls, road side checkpoints. If anything, they are being too playful and should show actual footage to wake people up.

Well, the radio station has agreed that showing a gun targeting a baby's head went a little too far. They have taken that one "target" scene out, and it looks like it will be aired on TV later this week, according to the Dallas Morning News.

What part of it crosses the line? It's a ramshackle production but it's not offensive at all....it's the truth.

You'd have to life in DFW to know this... but this particular radio station is so conservative it would make Rush Limbaugh's skin crawl. Their "accredited guest speakers" are not while their talk show host could (and do) get aced by high school debaters. It's a rediculous waste of bandwith radio station, so I am not at all suprised to hear this latest garbage.
This add just tries way too hard to make shock value, and ends up being more comical and rediculous than insulting. "Terrorist want you dead!!" Yeah Ankarlo... so did the Soviets, I've heard this rap before. Just because terrorist managed to pop .00001% of the American population on 9.11.01 doesn't mean I'm running for the hills.
There are so many better talk shows in the DFW area I don't know why I'd bother to waste my time listining to KILF. The Ticket and Edge morning shows are better all-around talkshows, and there are other (better) political/news networks on the AM dial like WBAP
