Ouch, if that really was a mistake then thats probably the worst thing to stutter on.

I won't call the guy a rasict just yet because he says Luther right before it, and the "Loo" part of it could definitely stutter over to King, making it sound like "Koo".
Sometimes I go about in pity for myself and all the while a great wind carries me across the sky.

I was expecting something blatent like calling it James Earl Ray day or something.

He may have just stuttered. I am sure the black community wherever this was is throwing a fit but accidents happen. Pretty hard to prove one way or another. Sadly, the guy will probably lose his job over this even if he did just stutter.

I doubt that he will lose his job. It was pretty funny though. Great word to studder on.

He got the words "Junior" and "King" mixed up. He wasn't saying "Klu" as a Freudian slip at all.

Listen to it again

Really sounds like an honest mistake.

Plus, his voice (neither tempo, nor pitch) change after the mistake - implying that he didn't think anything about the mistake.

Hi,

Why would the "Black Community" be upset over some small slip-up such as this - somehow I don't see how just because you're black you going to make a big deal out of this.

Like people have said already, he made a simple mistake - it would be pathetic if he lost his job over something as menial as that!

This guy is obviously a racist.

I can't see how you can possibly tell that he is a racist from a slur of words....

... even if he is, why would he do this in front of thousands of viewers and jeopardise his job ???
I honestly think it is a mistake. He wanted to maintain the flow but stumbled… that’s basically it.

Or stutter on for that matter. Why exactly is that great?

I don't see the big deal, honestly.

I often wish it would be illegal to use the words racist/racism, if even for a day.

Please lord, if you will, let them pass that law....  Yeah sure

Newark777 that had me in stitches. I can just about imagine a young child saying "Look Mum, there's nigger on TV" and the mum going into shock at where the comment came from...

I agree. The most mis-used and over-used words in society. Thanks to liberalism and political correctness.

It is, which makes it that much more funny. Here's the snopes story on it:

I know. I did not mean racist. I agree it is overused. I simply took the headline from the source I used, and pasted it.
