Wow! Imagine explaining that one to the supervisor that just happened to walk by. Talk about taking unnecessary risks!  wideeyed   frown

Or... How about your parents/family seeing this just as you happen to get permission to take them on a tour of where you work? He he he!

"So tell me son, do your coworkers always push their bottoms out of airplane windows?"
A good landing is one you can walk away from. A great landing is if the aircraft can be flown again.

Somebody needs to take a lost baggage claim on their sense of humour. Big grin

I find it amusing. Well...the moon at least. The rats? Not so much.

Most people would shake their heads and laugh at the mooning. Only the uptight would be offended.

I agree with positiverate, sure nothing wrong with having fun, but I'm not sure aircraft mx is something to joke about. Also, not sure I want to sit in a seat where some guy did that.

In order to stop a crack from propagating, a hole needs to be drilled on both ends of the crack. I really wouldn't want to be that crack when it gets fixed...

Those are parts bags with window clips in them, not rats.

Try working 40 hours a week for a miserable company that is slowly killing every one of us with depression and anxiety. This is a light hearted moment that made everybody feel a little bit better, and made the night go quicker.

There's not a window to press against. That plane doesn't even have an interior in it. A brand new interior was installed at the end of the Q check.

It may be an edited photo, and your dad's may be professional photographers, but that is a very real photo. I remember when it was taken. It's not the first of its kind and it won't be the last. And before anybdy makes accusations, NO that is not my ass. I do know the owner though.

That reminds me of the old NW DC-9 safety cards. In the section about evacuation thru the overwing exits, there was a person sliding off the wing showing some crack.
