Hyundai TX115C on telecom New Zealand. I choose it because its a flip phone also because Teleom have 500 texts for $10 per month. I'm now on 1000 texts for $10 per month. The CEO of the company I work for also owns a cellphone shop and I'm thinking of upgrading. The phone I'm interested in has a 1GB storage space, detachable memory card that can be connected to a printer.

Nokia 6020 on Orange. The phone was free, the contract is £30 per month,I get £7 per week phone allowance from my company so it only costs me £2 a month.

I have an old Nokia 3330.

Why: Because it does it's job.
I bought it when I was based in Rome, Italy and accidentaly dropped my old phone from the entry door of a 757 onto the tarmac, so I need a cheap phone without a contract fast.

I have the Nokia n-gage.

Why? Because I use it to play games, and the side talking is cool...very different from the other phones.

Also, I use it as an mp3 player, and the radio...overall its an excellent phone, even though it looks weird.

6230i for now, which is a phone someone gave my dad as a gift. I had the 6670 but it got lost up in the sand dunes because being the genius I am, I left it in the pockets of my shorts while on a dune buggy and it fell out. My dad was not exactly very pleased... and it looks like its gonna be some time until I can get another one. If I can I plan on buying the Sony Ericsson W800i (the orange walkman phone).

Sony Ericsson K750i - probably the best cellphone available at the moment. Great 2MP cam on board which makes good pics and it also comes with a cool MP3 player.

Sony Ericsson K750i here, too.

I needed to substitute my Nokia 6210 that had long quit working properly, and the K750i offered an MP3 player, an FM radio, one of the best cell phone cameras you can get and ease of use. Switching from Nokia to SE was no problem at all, and now I don't need to carry my old MP3 player around anymore.

They are a bit of a plague around here, though... you see them everywhere. Not just on a.net, but when I got out of lab practice a few days ago and everyone switched their phones from silent to normal mode, I saw one guy with the exact same phone I have. I decided to play "look who else has got it" and within five seconds I had spotted four more people using "my" phone - among a group of some twenty-five to thirty people.

I was out in Baku in July/August this year and has the 6600 with me and wanted a new phone because it was too big.

I trailed all round the city and found the 6220 in a shop but the price was too high. In the end I went to another shop and traded in my 6600 (which had been dropped down a drain, in a toilet, on the ground countless times, resulting in the keys packing up sometimes...) for $160 so only has to pay $39 for my 6220!

There is no real good features on this phone....it makes calls and send texts etc. and I think it looks good so thats why I bought it.

RossBaku  Silly

PS I'm going to Baku or Dubai in December this year so who knows?! I might return with a different phone!

Bought a Orange SPV C500 (Qtek 8010 or iMate SP3) at the beginning of the year. Have never been so pleased with a cellphone.

Online automatic sync via GPRS, ensure that my outlook calendar/contact are always up to date. The superior display make reading webmail (exchange mobile access) a breeze.

Have bought a 1 GB miniSD card, and now using the phone as an MP3 player as well, perfectly syncing with Media Player 10.

all this, and it's not bigger than a regular Nokia/SE..only 100g

The battery time are superior to what I have had before. I'm gonna change it when the updated Qtek 8310 becomes available at a reasonable price. It has an updated OS, WLAN and EDGE support...

I have a fleet of 5 Nokia phones, 1 Telsda phone, 1 Philips and 1 Siemens.
3- Nokia 5110
1- Nokia 6150
1- Nokia 3410 (if I remembered the model correctly)
1- Telsda TS-268
1- Philips Savvy (broken down since 2003 but still have it)
1- Siemens (don't know the model but the phone is the size of a brick)

The 2 Nokia 5110 & 6150 are Ex-phones from my dad. One of the Nokia 5110 was brought by myself a couple of years ago. The Nokia 3410 and Telsda TS-268 was given to me as a gift. The Philips Savvy was a prize.

I call all the Nokia phones the Long Range Phones because the battery used to last a week. But now after a couple of years of use (Nokia 5110/6150), the battery are deteriorating and it could hold a charge for around 5 days. Which is not bad. All my Nokia phones are very reliable and havn't broken down before.

The Telsda TS-268 is a very good phone to use if you don't want to carry 1/2 a brick around in your pocket like my old Nokia series phones. Its small size 5cm height (including antenna) x 3cm width and less than 2cm deep is very good when you're on the move. The Battery can last for 3 or 4 days. Once the battery has gone dead the clock and the date will be f*(ked up.

The Philips Savvy is waiting for the chop at the moment. The least reliable phone that I have. I have used it less than 50 cycles on a fully charged battery and then havn't used it in about a year and now it doesn't work anymore. The battery is alive but the phone is not. It doesn't look particulary nice but is has some nice functions onboard including horoscope and vibration.

The Siemens phone is nearly 10 years old now. Use to have 2 of the exact same phones, but the older one was sold in 1998. Havn't used it since I got the Nokia because the Siemens battery only lasts 3 days and its heavy to carry with you. The worst thing about it is that it doesn't fit in your pocket and you always have to hold the phone with your hand. Very bulky!

At the moment I am using the Nokia 6150. It can fit in my pocket no problem but I can only walk because it bounces around if I run. A good thing about using old phones is that nobody has an intrest of stealing it because it's virtually worthless.

It´s the third LG cell phone that I have and I decided I´ll always have them! I never had a problem, it´s a phone with lots of functions, and was the best CDMA LG was offering by the time I bought it. Besides this I had a good discount offered by the operator (VIVO).

I have an older 3220 that I bought on impulse after loosing my old phone because it was pretty cheap and it's ended up being the best phone I've had. Then I bought a newer LG5100 in Singapore because it had a couple of things that the 3220 didn't and it's turned out to be just a little bit too chunky to wear comfortably, and look good, in jeans.

I use the Nokia 6230i as well. Hooked it up with Virgin Mobile. The reason that I use this phone is twofold.
1. It's a good phone, very basic, but it gets the job done.
2. Canada is light years behind in mobile phone technology. We've got maybe 20 different phones to choose from. Since I've moved back last December, maybe 3 or 4 new phones have been made available here. Truly depressing.

My work phone is a Nokia 6585, I got rid of the Kyocera because it would turn itself on (make that "switch"..you never know how Gkirk will react) in a/c, I think the on switch could be activated by air pressure (not good!), the 6585 has a nice solid feel and does WAP but not pics or video, the radio is useful when waiting around.

My Personal phone is on Vodaphone as it enables my kids to text me at the weekends for free so I can rescue them if they get into a bad situation.

It is a Nokia 1100, dirt cheap, moisture resistant key pad (I go fishing a lot) and just basic talk and text functions, all I need really.

I have the 610 as well. Great phone - heaps of features and super easy to use. The main reason I got it was because the Bluetooth connectivity with my car. I simply get into my car and the car takes over the phone functions and displays every on the screen on the dash along with voice commands through the car voice command system. No wires or anything to connect.

Best phone I could ever buy. 1 min video recording, games, great camera resolution, FM Radio. My old mobile, a Motorola v60 -which I love- is still running and will stay that way until they drop the PCS (CDMA) network. I just bought the Nokia 4 days ago!

And, with the best mobile service in the country, including local prices for domestic calls - CTI Móvil

I've had a Nokia 7250 for about two years now. A guy and a girl at work got one each and I was due for an upgrade so I got that phone. Bloody excellent, with the camera and what not. I still have no reason to upgrade it, because a lot of the new phones are a bit chunkier and I prefer them a bit sleek.

I've only ever had Nokia phones.

Trent.
I do enjoy a spot of flying, especially when it's not in economy!

At the moment I am using a Nokia 6020.
An airplane might disappoint any pilot but it'll never surprise a good one.
