Pilot Kaz Has Left The Building

Sun Feb 26, 2006 6:16 am

Kaz told me yesterday that she's leaving a.net for good... I can't tell you why, but I think it was a number of thing. I myself am hoping that this is a rushed decission and that she will be back, but right now, she's trying to figure out how to cancel her First Class Membership, so I definitely don't think this is a joke.

Either way... just wanted to tell you in case you were going to get worried. She's ok and you will still be able to find her on that other aviation site as well as muse.mu

Kazzie, a.net will definitely be worse off with out you

Will Pilot kaz still be at the LHR A380 meet? She seemed like a nice person here and she responded to quite a few of my posts.

Ok WTF..... her name says inactive....is this just some attention she's trying to get? Why leave a place where you seem to be popular and where you got many friends..... I'm suspicious about that...but then again its just my opinion !

Dunno... seems to me like she's been considering for a while... that outburst in the chat seemed to be the last drop... I really don't know.

PS: As for the attention thing- I don't think so. Kaz never asked me to make this thread. I did it because I didn't want people to worry because she suddenly just stopped posting, in case she doesn't come back.

Well, I hope Kazzie reconsiders . . .

Problem is, if it's a Moderator issue, it has to be dealt with not run from . . . and that's the only way the site can be made better.

Far too many of our stellar members have walked out the door of late because of issues with Moderators . . . that does not reflect well on the Moderators or the Membership . . .

If it's for other reasons unbeknownst to the general population here, well I will be sad to see another great member depart . . .

Kazzie . . . if you stay -    . . . if you go   Sad. Your call tho, and I know most of us will support your decision. Besides, there are other places in which we may post . . .

Regards Young Lady . . . .

Perhaps when she annouced her employment at LTN a while back, maybe it was stressed upon her the importance of security, confidentiality etc and perhaps as a result she has chosen to cancel her membership; many of us already work in the industry but this is PK's first job and perhaps she thinks it would be "inappropriate"? Guys, as much as we enjoy spending a few hours on a.net here and there, it is just an internet forum after all. It should not be taken anywhere nearly as personal as some folks take it.

Kaz, stay safe, enjoy life and all the best if you decide not to return.
