I am seriously considering pursuing a career in the real estate industry. For anyone on here who is currently working in this industry, was the testing process hard? How much time does it usually take to get your license? Is your license only good in one state? Is it generally a good money-making venture that you enjoy?
A lot of questions...I know, but thank you for your responses!
