Goliath Grouper Drowns Spear-Fishing Diver

What is it with fish these days? This latest story is about a freak occurrence not unlike what happened to Steve Irwin, except that in this case, the fish involved drowned its victim. And, the victim might not have been acting within the law.

According to one source, killing goliath groupers is illegal. If that's true, and if the purported spear-fisherman was trying to kill the grouper other than in self-defense, then what he was trying to do was against the law.
