Although I am not Chinese, I would like to wish all our Chinese friends, a Happy Chinese New Year.

Yeah I had twice cooked pork tonight to celebrate...I love the Chinese.

No but really, Chinese New Year is fascinating. Rarely to you see a whole country all but shut down for a week or two. The business areas of major cities become all but ghost towns.

Here in Malaysia we get 2 days of national holiday, so it's a 4-day weekend for all  bigthumbsup

I've just headed over to Macau to celebrate with some friends. Let off a monster amount of fireworks on the foreshore. It is going off!!
