I did not attend high school in this great city. In fact, I just moved here last year but completely taken by its grandeur. As for San Jose, it might as well be Fremont or Milpitas. Big grin

From The Evergreen State College:

Matt Groening (animator, creator of The Simpsons and Futurama)

Rachel Corrie (student activist killed in Gaza, 2003)

Michael Richards  crazy

John Bellamy Foster (editor, Monthly Review)

Steve Thomas (host, This Old House)

And a few other people I think are cool that I'm sure nobody here has heard of. I think the provided alumni are sufficient enough for an interesting list...

I went to the same High School as Jason Orange, one of the members of the British pop group Take That. He's a few years older than me, and left the year I started. His brother, Oliver, was in the year above me, and I was in the same class as his half-sister, Sarah.

Harry H. Corbett (Harold Steptoe from Steptoe and Son) also went to Sharston High School, which merged with a couple of other schools to form my old school, South Manchester High School.

Quoting N174UA (Reply 47):
Seattle University

You know if we start listing Universities here some UCLA, Stanford, Harvard or similar prestige school graduate is going to list their Alumni and your list will look rather pathetic.

No-one famous from my school, so I'll steal one from sister school.

Abi Titmuss went to KSHS in Sleaford, which is the girls school. I went to CGS, which is the boys school.

Issac Newton and Margaret Thatcher were both from our counterpart schools in Grantham, but other then that, no-one.

Actually, I remembered, we have a few Lincoln City players and a fashion designer from my school, though I cannot remember any of their names.
