Priceless: FAA Atlanta Office Website

This is completely brilliant and I spent a good five minutes laughing about this when I first heard it.

Here's the deal. Call the number below after 5pm Eastern Standard Time. It's the number to a regional FAA office somewhere near Atlanta, Georgia. It will be closed and you will get the answering service. Listen very carefully to the website address that the answering service gives you.

You will not be disappointed. This is one of the funniest things I've heard in a long time. You ready for the number? Here it is:

Seriously, I couldn't stop laughing. It was one of my sales guys who turned me on to it when he called that office trying to get a hold of someone but got the message instead. I tried to write it all down the first time but couldn't...it's just too funny.

Basically it tells info about the FAA office and then the woman tells letter by letter, punctuation mark by punctuation mark, symbol by symbol the address for the office (which I might add is not short).

And I have also decoded the URL for you ... do you want me to post it? Silly

No, wait, that'd be too easy. Just a couple of hints:
- "percent 5 F" can be replaced with an underscore (_)
- if you still want to type "percent 5 F", make sure you type the F in upper case, otherwise it won't work

Anyway, I'm still laughing, that was a good way to start the day! bigthumbsup

Actually, I have never understood why people call it a "forward slash." Inverted it could just as easily be called "forward" when looking at it directionally.

Like some years ago I spelled our company name (StadtBauPlan, an architectural ofice I worked at,) to one of our contractors and some days later we got a package with the address field stating:
