Print Screen... add it to paint [or something of the likes]... crop if needed and upload to an online picture sharing site like Imageshack or Photobucket... that's how I do it anyways,

It reminds me of the nautilus. Regardless, it's really cool.

Upload it. It is saved as a .png file which is fine for any internet website, its the second type of jpeg

No need to do that, its saved as "Picture 1.png". If you download Onyx, you can even change the type it records it as ".jpeg, .gif, .png" etc
