That seems low for "Premium". The regular here is 95 with premiums at 98 and 100.

Thats how it is in America. 87 89 92 I think they even have an 85.
In Europe it is 91(not everywhere) 95 98 100.
I can drive faster than you

The tank tops off at 35 liters.
That's around ARS 70 (or USD 22) with 97+ octane gas. Gets me around 400km.
With natural compressed gas, I fill the tank with ARS 6 (USD 2) and that lets me go 80km.  Smile

It takes me around €67 euro to fill up the whole tank.
Usually one tank will last 700 Miles (around 1100 km) or two and a half weeks.

Really Expensive in UK now. Have a Fiat Punto. Not sure on tank size but costs 40 (approx $80) to fill up. Fuel is now over 1 ($2) per litre!!

Wow, I'm not complaining anymore!

N74JW, I feel your pain. eyepopping ill I must drive on the highway a little more than you.

The funny part about all of that is I am on the highway, but inching along in traffic at 10mph for most of the ride! What are you going to do? It is not as easy for folks to change their habits, at least for me anyway. The days of .79 cents p/gal over history...

Together with the UK, we have the most expensive petrol in Europe

Just wait, Germany is more than on track to become the number one, thanks to fuel made up of taxes by 86 cents per liter  banghead .

Anyway, on the topic:
Opel Vectra Diesel, normally 46 liters, last bill was at €1,299 for a total of €59,77
Opel Corsa, around 35 liters, last bill at €1,379 for a total of €48,76

Feelings-wise, I could around all day long, but those fuel prices are making that unaffordable.

it is a different rating in europe vs. america. The numbers are not transferable between the two systems.

No 91 here. Just 95, 98,100 (there was 97 but that was leaded fuel, now gone.)

50 litres @ €1.53 per liter (98 octane) = €76.50.

Nope, same here now. Actually I've seen €1.58 for 98 octane posted.

Diesel currently running about €1.20. Filled up in Gibraltar a couple of weeks ago € 0.83 or 55p a L.
