My vote goes to 'The Mist'.
It was the biggest piece of nothing in a long time. I lasted 20 minutes before I walked out.
The CGI is straight from the 1980's and the acting was non existent.
Even the conversations didn't make sense.
'Did you hear that sound out there'
'Nope'
'Are you calling me a liar?'
Um...........yeeeeeeeeeeeeah.
And the monster??????
Don't waste your time or money.
I have probably spent more time writing this than the marketing team did promoting the movie.

Hmmm.. Meet the Spartans was really bad. As usual, they only show the good parts of the movie in trailers.
Like I've seen someone say before, Meet the Spartans is just FOX trying to milk some cash out of the 300 franchise..

I saw yesterday the new Paris Hilton movie grossed only $225,000 in its opening weekend on 111 screens which comes out to about three persons per viewing.

Paris Hilton's new movie is a box office flop.
'The Hottie and the Nottie' over the weekend grossed just $225,000 - an average of $225 dollars per screen.
It was also panned by reviewers, with one Los Angeles newspaper calling it "a blot on even Paris Hilton's dignity."

Some people will hate me for this, but I detested Cloverfield to no end.
Like I said before in an earlier post, the whole movie gave me a headache. Everything from the consistently-moving camera to the idiotic screaming coming from the main characters.
The monster...well, if you like gigantic fish that have six legs and spurt spider-things from their belly, then it's the monster for you.
I just did NOT like that movie, and that's my personal opinion.

I heard it was only around TWENTY-five thousand. Averaged around $76 per screen for the whole weekend. As in maybe 2 or 3 people per day payed to see this movie. Wow.

I never understood the choice of title for this movie. Is the "Mist" supposed to be like the "Fog", but since its only mist, it's not that scary or bad?

That's what I heard also on the news, but the print article shows something else. No matter still an awful performance.

I'd say Juno. Seth Kidd goes from playing the humorous role in Superbad, to playing a teenager in the backwoods of who knows where.

Agreed. I think the only bit which made me laugh a little was the way they walk. I want my time and money back.

So you're a girl, right? Scientists said that girls are much more likely to get a headache when watching that kind af camerawork.
Did it actually have 6 legs?? Not sure about that it looked rather like 2 legs and 2 arms....and the spiderlike thingies were actually quite realistic...parasites...and scary!

On IMDB, it already made it to #1.
Of the "Bottom 100" list, that is. An average rating of 1.1, claiming a respectable lead over classics like Ulli Lommel's "Zombie Nation", or "Surf School" (viewer's comment: "A movie that makes you lose hope for the Human race.").
Well done, Paris. Probably the only thing you could create that would not suck would be a vacuum cleaner...

Nope, I'm a male through and through. I am just used to the usual camerawork of average cinema. A home-video type movie put up on a tall screen can make for a harrowing experience, and I think it also was having our friends sit 2 rows up from the bottom of the screen. Can get a little hard on the eyes.

Well the aerial shot of it when the people were in the helicopter showed that it looked like it had six legs, but my eyes may have tricked me and it may have been its tail. I'm not quite that sure, to be honest. It just looked like it had six legs.

I've only seen a handful this year, but by far the worst in my opinion was Alien vs Predator. Biggest load of crap I've seen in a long time, annoying camera angles and non stop dark scenes - it wasn't frightening, it was predictable and boring.
