Iraqis Through Donkey Off Bridge

Wed Mar 05, 2008 4:32 pm

The video speaks for itself.

Judging by some peoples reactions in the Marine thread, maybe the US ought too round up some resources and track down these evil, evil donkey dunker's huh? I say death by stoning!!

Well, at least there is water down there. The bridge doesn't look too high, the donkey probably survived.

Somewhat reminiscent of Winnie Pooh's game where he and piglet throw sticks into the river to see how long it takes them to go under the bridge, and suddenly they discover Eeyore swimming in the water because Tigger threw him in.
Samson was a biblical tough guy, but his dad Samsonite was even more of a hard case.

Perhaps we should be sending them board games to play - they obviously don't have much to do if throwing a donkey off a bridge is entertainment!

Looks like they are absent from this thread. And this crime is worse, seeing as you can actually use a donkey for something useful.

How can you distinguishes them as Indians or Pakistanis from a badly encoded short video clip with no speech audible in it? Further taking away from your speculation is the truck which crosses the bridge. The truck is driving on the right hand side of the road. Both India and Pakistan due to their colonial pasts drive on the left.

I don't know how Iraqi's and/or insurgents view donkeys, but about 3 years ago, I was talking with a friend of mine who is in the 1st Marine Division (not sure of the tank battalion). Anyways, his group of fine soldiers was the first to cross the Tigris river.

When they were about to cross a bridge over the Tigris, there was a donkey crossing the bridge walking toward them. It had a blue tarp over it, with some cords dangling down.

The tank "driver" called in to his field commander and requested to open fire on a hostile "Jack Ass." The commander though he was being humorous and referring to a human just acting stupid. So he granted permission to fire upon the "Jack Ass". Needless to say, the donkey exploded when the gunner opened fire.

Well I could've survived the fall. It did fall in water, but the water seemed pretty shallow.

Well, horses can swim so I'm guessing a donkey could. Although I'm not entirely sure.

Donkeys can swim just fine. Be as that most of the kids in the video are wearing swimming trunks the bridge is probably a local dive point. The Donkey most likely survived and is hauling weapons of mass destruction as we type.
