I'm having a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese and humus. With a banana and milk. Some chips on the side.

I'll also have a piece of coffee cake after.

rotfl  Hey, I didn't notice that one! What the hell is "pulled pork" anyway? Do you pull the pork to make it bigger or firmer or both? How long do you have to pull it? Can you pull it in public? Does the TSA allow pulled pork in the cabin?

Pulled pork is shredded pork cooked in a barbeque sauce, served on a sandwhich. So good.

I was in London today and popped into my favourite restaurant.
  • Starter was Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon with soda bread
  • Main course Weiner Schnitzel
  • Followed by Cranberry and Apple Crumble.
Delicious! But I still feel bloated!

For lunch, I had pesto chicken -- white meat chicken, sun dried tomatoes, red peppers & a creamy pesto sauce in a soft flatbread.

I had a kinder egg.

There is a reason why we love them so much, to quote Mr Bill Bailey: "I'm English and as such crave dissapointment." Kinder eggs are crappy chocolate with a crappy toy inside. For the first time ever I couldn't find something on youtube. However, instead I found the craving dissapointment rant about public transport.

I think I will have a toasted sandwich. I will be careful to avoid the mistake of last time, where I used Olive Oil with added Omega 3. It made the whole toastie taste a bit fishy. Reason? The oil is 6% squid.

Seriously, don't do it.
