I think naming a sewerage treatment plant is too good for GWB. It is sad that a President can be so bad that public facilities can't be named after them or only as a joke.

Anyhow, this will be a tough choice for me.
A sewage plant in his honor is appropriate.
However this plant works well unlike Bush and would be an insult to those that run this plant efficiently.

Besides, if we want to honor Bush with a sewage plant, wouldn't the infamous one at our military base in Kandahar, Afghanistan be more appropriate? They built it too close to the base and the whole base smells like a port-a-potty and there's all sorts of stuff in the air.

It's kind of funny when you consider that, other than having the word "sewage" in its name, this facility is really the opposite of everything this group is trying to connect with the Bush name.
It would have been funnier and more clever if they had come up with a toilet paper named Bush, or something along those lines.

I've always thought that naming things after living politicians (IAH, DCA, Brendan Byrne Arena, etc.) is a bad thing. I may not like GWB (the president, not the bridge), but this is in bad taste.
Wait some amount of time until after the person is dead (let's say 20 years) before you name anything after them (unless the person is paying for the naming rights).
