Quoting Kmh1956 (Thread starter): I thought it was legal to carry in the USA. |
Quoting Kmh1956 (Thread starter): They then get arrested for the drugs as well as the gun... |
Quoting STT757 (Reply 1): 3.) What State was it in, some States allow you to carry a fire arm. Most do not, when I travel with my guns to the range or on a hunting trip they are in a case and not loaded. Carrying a loaded weapon is a crime in most states. |
Quoting Kmh1956 (Thread starter): They then get arrested for the drugs as well as the gun..... so, what gives? I thought it was legal to carry in the USA. |
Quoting Kmh1956 (Thread starter): Ok, gang, I'd like a simple answer without getting into flame wars pro and con gun possession...if that's at all possible. Here's the deal...I watch "Cops" on TruTV occasionally...someone gets pulled over for a traffic violation, the cops search the car and find a gun. (also usually drugs) They then get arrested for the drugs as well as the gun..... so, what gives? I thought it was legal to carry in the USA. Any law enforcement types got an answer for me? |
Quoting STT757 (Reply 1): Did the individual have a license |
Quoting STT757 (Reply 1): was the gun's serial numbers scratched out |
Quoting EMBQA (Reply 6): It is still legal....for at least the next few months.... |
Quoting Dougloid (Reply 9): some places don't even let it get that far-there will be no permits. |
Quoting Kmh1956 (Reply 4): That's part of the problem...the TV show is never based solely in one state....and I've never heard them talk about the serial numbers. You should watch it some time; you'll see what I mean. |
Quoting Falstaff (Reply 11): Quoting Dougloid (Reply 9): some places don't even let it get that far-there will be no permits. Silly Liberals.... |
