If Saints sign a Superdome lease past 2010, New Orleans is looking good to host the Super Bowl in 2013. We already have the 2012 Men's Final Four and the 2013 Women's FInal Four.

There's more good going on in the city than people realize, which is why I started the thread. Everyone knows the media does New Orleans no favors whatsoever. Most dangerous city in America? Yeah, if you are a low life thugged up drug dealer. Screw CNN.

Hopefully that lease will be signed soon. I know that Benson and Jindal have a good relationship so I like the chances. And with all the Suites in the Superdome sold out plus strong corporate sponsorships plus a huge waiting list for season tickets, I think we'll see a new, long term lease signed sooner or later.

This is a beautiful building....nice food court in there as well as retail, connected directly to a Hampton Inn.

Good to see devastated communities getting back on their feet!

Gives you a hope that there is a silver lining somewhere in this deep economic mess we all are in. If NO can make it back from such a devastation, there's hope for everyone!
