Having some fun today. Cleaned my desktop up a little, decided the right of my screen was a little empty, so I flipped this pic to fill it up. Enjoy!  Smile

Oh yeah, and the Airliners.net Live Chat icon; made it myself. Pretty damn proud of the little thing, me being 13.  Smile

Well as much as I liked my previous one with my own picture it was time for a new one and I like darker backgrounds, they're less fatiguing and also I've been having a major crush on Audrey Hepburn lately. Now I have this gorgeous face greeting me every time I turn on my computer  cloudnine  :

Nikon D90. You need a wired remote so you can "lock" the shutter in the open position for as long as you like.

Does this mean you held the button for 30 minutes?

More than one - been using them since 10.2 when I went to a PowerBook for business travel.

Sadly the G5 iMac was fried 2 weeks ago because of the power company working in the area and we're waiting on a check so we can replace it. Will be getting the 24" iMac with a free iPod touch as soon as we see the money.

Oh yeah, was that OS 10.2 Tiger? I remember my first Mac laptop was in 2001, it was the clear plastic/colored plastic G3 running OS 9. It had a 6GB hard drive and 128M of RAM, and I thought that was fast back then!  spin

My Dad runs the 2.8Ghz 24" iMac with 1T hard drive, and he loves it. I think you shall enjoy yours! We miss the IBM G5 processors. We've got one of the dual 2.5Ghz G5's here in our office and that thing screams.

No. As I said you can lock the shutter button in the open/depressed position. So you just let the camera sit there for 30 mins while it takes the picture and you can go grab a beer, take a nap, etc...

Anything the US and EU build the Russians do it better! i.e. TU-144 vs Concorde and TU-154 vs The 727...
