Just bought a pair of 787-8's, and started ORD-PVG daily. That will probably be my only international routes for a while, but it's a good start.

My key to a route is looking how much a route makes over time. My PTY-PHL makes 200K+ profit on a 73G. But that flight is four hours long. I can only run it six times a day if I am there all that time to start it. This a downer for me as I am on the computer a lot for now. Most of flights (75-85%) are three hours or less. Look at my routes. I make an average of 1.5 million every three hours. Now when I begin my truck driving career all my flights will be long haul with 10 737ER's and 10 777LR's.

My fleet of 717's is deployed on:

ANC-Missoula
PTY-CLT
PTY-Suriname
PTY-IAD
MLB-Winnipeg
MLB-MDW
MLB-BDA
MLB-ANU
PTY-DCA
MLB-DUL

My 73G's are deployed on:

MLB-Queretaro
MLB-Montreal
PTY-DAB
PTY-ORF
PTY-PHL
PTY-LPB

All these routes are profitable with the exception of MLB-BZE which will be closed in favor PTY-DCA.

HIA has announced deferred purchases of 762's and 753's. Instead it will convert five 762 orders into seven 73GER a/c for use on the following routes:

PTY-BRU 73GER
MLB-BRU 73GER
MLB-HNL 73GER
MLB-GIG 73GER
MLB-SCL 73GER
PTY-FRA 73GER
PBM-FRA 73GER
Our fleet will resemble twelve 73G/ER' and ten 717-200's. Two 717's will serve as spare a/c or be used to fly routes that need an additional flight. New transatlantic routes are being added due to demand of the clientele HIA serves.

How often do you get MX issues? I've had them on my past 2 flights and have had 7 in the past 24 hours despite a fleet of only 18!

I've been talked into playing this by a friend at work and Supergman Airlines has been operating for a few days now. My hub is LHR and my current fleet and destinations are:

LHR - FRA - 737-800
LHR - FCO - 737-800
LHR - BCN - 737-800

We also operate 3 regional routes:

MAN - FRA - Dash 8-Q300
GLA - FRA - Dash 8-Q300
CWL - FRA - Dash 8-Q300

Next move when finances allow is to increase capacity on the regional routes as the Dash 8's are consistently full to capacity. I've also acquired 10000 shares in Hancox Airlines.

Ok, just one more FRA-ACC and FRA-NBO roundtrip and I can buy another 738. I guess I'll open up a new route tonight. It will be another destination in Africa of course but I am not sure which, maybe I should try ABV?

Hornet International Airlines takes great pleasure in announcing an order for five 737-700's and five 737-900ER's. The 717's will be replaced on one for one basis. Hornet International will still take delivery of four 737ER's. The 717's mx costs are becoming too costly and we need to transition to one type replied CEO KH. In addition, the airline will dispose of its A318 Elite and replace it with a 737ER. So the fleet should look like by tomorrow:

10 737-700
5 737-700ER
5 737-900ER

Total 20 a/c

Yes I do.

HIA announces new service from MLB-PBM. So far my PTY hub is making money. Very wise decision in my opinion. the second 737-700ER will be put on the PTY-BRU route if demand remains at 98% or above. Right now my main focus is accelerate retirement of my 717's. To me this means 40K in extra income on routes that can be put to expand.

Taking advantage of the opportunity to hedge fuel at a very low rate, Nassau Airlines has deferred its plans to replace the A319-100CJ aircraft on its long-haul operations, but is still planning to do so soon. The aircraft of choice will be the B767-200ER.

Similarly, a decision has been made to eventually replace the Challenger 605 on the NAS-EZE route with a B757-200 in the near future.

The chance to defer these measures has enabled Nassau Airlines to expand its short-haul network considerably over the past few days, adding three new aircraft types to its fleet: 1x TU204-120, 5x TU334-200 and 3x MA60.

Our current fleet/route network is as follows:

Challenger 605
* C6-ZAA: NAS-EZE - 6,920km

MA60
* C6-XAA: NAS-KIN - 790km
* C6-XAB: NAS-TPA - 601km
* C6-XAC: NAS-HAV - 552km

CRJ 1000
* C6-CAI: NAS-MCI - 2,261km
* C6-CAE: NAS-DAB - 581km
* C6-CAF: NAS-YOW - 2,256km
* C6-CAD: NAS-ANU - 1,847km
* C6-CAG: NAS-DLH - 2,750km
* C6-CAC: NAS-MEX - 2,309km
* C6-CAH: NAS-YUL - 2,291km
* C6-CAB: NAS-MBS - 2,138km
* C6-CAA: NAS-FWA - 1,908km

A318 Elite
* C6-SEX: NAS-LHR - 6,988km

A319-100CJ
* C6-SAA: NAS-ACC - 8,474km
* C6-SAC: NAS-DAM - 10,500km
* C6-SAB: NAS-PRG - 8,033km

TU-204-120
* C6-TAA: NAS-BIL - 3,604km

TU-334-200
* C6-TBA: NAS-SAL - 1,768km
* C6-TBB: NAS-TAM - 2,101km
* C6-TBC: NAS-BDA - 1,488km
* C6-TBD: NAS-BZE - 1,397km
* C6-TBE: NAS-DCA - 1,532km

You need to do  Wink

As for me, I started playing as a joke (reflected by my name of Abu Hamza Airlines...  Embarrassment) But I started again as Lolcat Airlines (That's what you get after drinking and reading the lolcat thread  Wink).

I've got 4 ERJ145LRs running:
New York - Ottawa x2
New York - Bloomington
New York - Rochester (all goldmines  Silly 99% demand on all of them)

And 1 B737-800 running:
New York - Ottawa

Just for now to try and earn some money. I had it running New York - Hamburg but the flight was too long to make money frequently enough. I spent a load on fuel when it was cheap so I'm at 3 Million Lbs so I can earn some money to buy another B737, probably the -700ER. I'm at $1.7 mill so a way to go yet  Wink

Well, I think you all lead shallow, empty lives, if all you can do is play a silly, stupid game like Airline Manager on Facebook all day.  duck   razz

Have you nothing better to do with your time?

Ever heard of beer and sex?!  laughing

Oh, by the way, and you must keep it quiet and to yourself.......Flying Handbag Airlines is a sure thing; bag a bargain whilst you can.  Big grin

getting rid of the old B767-200s and replacing them with Il-62s or Il-62Ms

That is a very sound decision - always good to upgrade 'modernise' your fleet!

Stop complaining!

I am moving towards an all DC/MD fleet.

The 737s were replaced by MD83s and DC10s, the BAe 146 by MD87 and the Q300 by the DC9-10!

Current fleet:
6 DC10-10
3 MD83
7 MD87
18 DC9-10
15 Q300 *being replaced by DC9-10

No route additions in a few days; been to busy replacing all the flimsy Boeings, Bombardiers and BAes for some nice robust Douglases, where most of the works is carrier out in the Russian far east; so they fit the scenery much better! Big grin

I'm sure any lady would be kind enough to hold your beer, so that one hand can be kept free for working the mouse  yes

I was going to make a comment about having more of a rat than a mouse but that would be a bit naughty

Oh yes the thread... purchased my 2nd DC 10-10 and am waitng for the return of a near C check Q-300 for a plane switch (trying high frequency in a high demand route instead of longhaul on a particular route)

On behalf of the Panamanian goverment, HIA announces its new headquarters at Panama City International. HIA will still maintain its mx base at MLB and focus city. With the 73G deliveries nearly completed, HIA has announced its order for two A340-200 a/c with upgraded CFM engines. Routes to be served from PTY are CPT and DOH. Funding will come from the sale of 10 717-200 and existing flights. While the stock may drop, HIA feels the stocks will come back once the first aircraft are delivered.Orders for 10 73G and 739ER's will be delivered on schedule.

Well it is your call; I let my investors know whats going on and what too expect. Note to B717 buyers; expect high mx costs. My first A340 (5C4 engines) will be delivered Saturday morning and be registered N2HA. I just celebrated my 100K passenger. I love the range and higher seating capacity compared to the 762ER. Once I get profitable I am ordering A333's (Trent engines).

They are cash cows. On 10+ hour missions, I'm easily clearing over $1,000,000 per sector.

I just bought my 3rd 737-500 and I put it on the CDG-MOW route.

CDG-ALG CRJ 100
CDG-PMI ATR 42-300
CDG-RBA B737-500
CDG-AYT B737-500
CDG-SVO B737-500
CDG-DKR B737-800

I will probably close my CDG-DKR route as I'm not filling the plane as much as I would like to.
