Your progress is encouraging... encouraging enough to buy many shares in your fine company.

Thank you. We try our best.

Also, gentlemen, it would be useful, especially for those looking to invest, if you identify your company in every post you make. I've seen a lot of progress reports without that identification.
Don't believe anything you read on the net. Except this. Well, including this, I suppose.

Reposted from thread 3:

Update from FlyLondon airlines:

Stocks have been going up quite a bit over the past week, with the introduction of long haul routes. Current stock rate is $1.44 and climbing.

We are looking to buy some more 767-200's to open up more USA/Canada/Carribbean routes. Hopefully some more will be arriving in a few more days. Also more a long term plan is to set up a new base using the ERJ's which will move from LHR and be replaced by more 737-900.

Why not invest in an up and coming airline?! Go on, it makes sense!

Current fleet/destinations looks like this:

ERJ 190-200
LHR-DUB
LHR-PRG
LHR-AMS
LHR-BCN

737-700
LHR-YOW

737-900
LHR-GLA
LHR-DME
LHR-PMI
LHR-ATH
LHR-FRA
LHR-TXL

757-300
LHR-JFK
LHR-BDA

767-200
LHR-MIA
LHR-ANU

A319CJ
LHR-DOH

Wow that is sort like airline management bowling!, sadly there are very few bowling partners left here.

Oh yes the stock is doing ok moving past $2.13/share it would have been a bit high but I was called in to work @ 0500 and did not have time to send about $4 million in profits airborne

There will be a slight hit from the aforementioned fuel restock, though I am tempted to try that venture capital thingy to pad the profits

Half of my fleet (two planes) is currently grounded because I have no fuel left and because I am too cheap to pay 1.300 USD per 1.000 Lbs. In the real world I would probably have been lynched already by an angry mob of passengers. Big grin

At least @ $1,300 you can still make a profit... although it's just a small one.

I might have to grab a bit of $1,300 fuel though.. I'm getting pretty low now... *sigh*

I had to get 500k lbs. I went negative after launching a 1/2 dozen flights at once. Either way I have learned to keep a much larger cash reserve. Once it does drop I can buy in bulk.

Fuel came down just in time!

Nassau Airlines would like to assure investors that the recent drop in share prices is caused only by our management's decision to purchase 40,000,000 lbs of fuel at the current low rate of $400/1000lbs, and will recover shortly.

Potential new investors are welcome to buy in at the current time, as we do not anticipate another drop like this.

Same here, bought 44 million lbs in fuel, dropping the shareprice of Trans Travel Airlines with 15 cents to $1.95.

Currently operating 68 aircraft (1x 753, 1x 738, 7x ATR-42, 9x ATR-72, 21x Fokker 100 Tay 650, 29x 737-300) from Copenhagen, Edmonton and Quito. I'm currently expanding with 737-300's only, giving me around 8-9 million on the morning push and currently gives me the possibility to grow with at least 6 aircraft daily. Stockprice is climbin solid (apart from the fuel right now), so invest!

Thanks for this post! I just wanted to shut down my computer, but then I saw a new reply to this thread (with excellent news, btw. Big grin ).

I bought several millions of LBS, bought another 738, opened up a new route to N'jamena, advertised for it, and I still have a bit cash left.

Just bought 20 mil lbs, ready to purchase a couple more a330-300s to add to my transatlantic route. The good thing is after I spent 8 mil on fuel, My cash cows (trans Atlantic flights) were ready to operate, so my stock dropped from 4.65 to 4.56 then rose again to 4.63 after I started those routes. Talk about a roller coaster.

I bought close to 30 million lbs. Well my 753 routes have been doing very well. HIA is going in the right direction and plans on making the 757 series the main stay of its fleet. The 767 series will be king of its long haul fleet. I am ecstatic about our growth and profits. Also I do not regret choosing the Q400's for regional runs out of ORD. Does any member have experience running the E190's? How are they on mx cost?

Face Book Airline Manager Part 4

Wed Dec 02, 2009 12:29 am

I've been playing around with this for a week or two now, so I guess it's time to start looking for some investors.

Who we are: TOPAC Airlines is an Atlanta-based carrier serving high-demand destinations throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and now South America. Eventually we will expand to become a global carrier.

Fleet: We have a fleet of 56 fuel-efficient, low-maintenance CRJ-1000 aircraft, and we've just added our first ERJ190-200AR, which inaugurated our new ATL-UIO service.

Business plan: We extract maximum value out of our aircraft by flying the highest-demand routes that take full advantage of their range capacities. Our fleet is extremely fuel-efficient and requires a minimal crew to operate, making us extremely profitable. We have over 28 million lbs. of fuel hedged, which will last over a week at current consumption rates, and we maintain a large cash balance sufficient to hedge more when the price is low. All routes are advertised with billboards, and all existing routes have advertising for at least the next three days as we purchase advertising in five-day blocks when rates are low. Catering is offered throughout the day from Sky Plus, the premier catering company.

Investor Information: Our stock price was just $1.30 yesterday morning and it reached $1.75 today. It's currently a value at $1.71 due to the hedging of 21 million lbs of fuel at $400/1000lbs. We expect continued growth in the 15-20%/day range.

Future: We intend to continue expansion of our Atlanta hub and have already identified a number of additional short-haul routes that we predict will be very profitable. Expansion of the ERJ190-200AR fleet will allow us to add further destinations in Canada, South America, and the US West Coast. Eventually, if the ERJ fleet proves successful, we foresee replacing the CRJ1000 fleet with new-build ERJs as those aircraft reach their C-checks. In the medium and long term, we intend to add a medium-range narrowbody and a long-haul widebody fleet, and open an additional hub once Atlanta is fully served. Types and future hub locations have not been decided.

Destination list (all destinations served from ATL): ABQ, ACY, BDL, BGR, BIL, CEN, CLT, CYW, DCA, DFW, DLH, FLG, FSM, FWA, GCN, HMO, HRL, HVN, IAD, IND, KIN, LAN, LNK, LTO, MBS, MCI, MDW, MEX, MIA, MLB, NAS, NOG, ORF, PBC, PFN, PIT, PPE, PSE, PSM, RST, SAL, SJD, SLP, SLW, SRQ, UIO, VER, YJT, YOW, YQB, YQM, YSC, YSU, YUL, YVO, YWG, ZIH

Vega9000 Airlines informs it's shareholders that it has just bought 3M pounds of fuel, leading to a temporary decrease in it's share price.

However, we are thrilled to announce LIS-AMS with a new BAe146 (4 holes 4 short haul). This is part of our planned European expansion.
Together with the late night rush, this has led to the share price climbing to it's previous level of 0.33.

Quoting MCOflyer (Reply 19):

We run 4 ERJ190-200, and they have been trouble-free, but they have between 15 and 39 hours. The ERJ190-200LR, however, had two incidents in two consecutive flights, eating up all the profits, but has been reliable since, and quite the money-maker.

I am debating on whether to ditch my 73G fleet for an ERJ190 and 170 fleet or keep my Q400's and 73G's. What do you think?

The 753/752 is a good replacement/ upgrade for the 73G on long haul routes since they both carry more pax and have more range. Also both can fly my transatlantic runs operated by the 73G and 762 runs (752 a/c).

Gas briefly dropped to $400, so I grabbed 20 million lbs of it. Won't need any for a long time.

Upgraded my ORD-COS to an ERJ170 from a 145, and added another flight with the 145 from ORD-CMH. I'm up to, I think, about 47 nonstops out of ORD.

I started Southeastern Virginia (SEVA) Airlines a Norfolk, VA based carrier a few weeks ago. SEVA now has 48 planes on 48 routes. SEVA Airlines is an excellent investment. Whenever possible I will invest in companies who invest in SEVA.

BTW our flight attendants are known as SEVA's Divas.  Big grin

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hornet International and Embraer announce an order for five 170-200AR to replace Q400's and five ERJ 190-200AR's to replace Boeing 73G's. The 170 gives an overall savings of 3lbs per km and an increase of 15 seats. While we loose seats on the 190's we gain efficiency. All our a/c below 150 seats will be Embraers and all a/c above 150 seats will be Boeing 757's and 767's said CEO Kinghunter. We are proud to form a relationship between Embraer and Hornet International Airlines. So far heres the current fleet and on order:

Current fleet:

5 737-700
2 737-900
5 Q400
4 757-300
2 767-200ER
3 767-200
1 A318Elite

Future Fleet:
5 Emb 170-200AR
5 EMB 190-200AR
5 757-200
8 757-300
8 767-200ER

I'm glad you're not running my airline. The 73G has better CASM straight-off than the E-Jets, with some margin for the crew difference. When you take into account the minimum 10% haircut you take on selling frames (plus the depreciation), that's an incredibly inefficient fleet change.

Restored the fuel stocks and just purchased another couple of Il-62s for routes to Calgary and Jakarta. Will be up to 100 aircraft soon, things are looking good.

Face Book Airline Manager Part 4

Wed Dec 02, 2009 2:38 pm

It's been a busy last 40-odd hours since the last update of things over here at BoVoBa. Since then, stock is up more (just ask our investors how much this continues to suck), and we've been adding destinations and planes. We have maintained our regional focus in the eastern US and Canada and have branched out in all directions through our point-to-point network. True to our creator, we have focus operations at both IAD and DCA, as well as PIT and YUL, from which we have recently launched our first transatlantic operation. True to our name, we're all about drinking, flying, and f***king. Sometimes that means we f*** our flight attendants, sometimes we f*** our customers, and sometimes everybody's just totally f***ed.

Our f***king fleet, otherwise known as "RJs of various sizes and descriptions," along with their BoVoBa marketing taglines:

3x BAe146 - "Twice the holes, half the customers. What's not to like?" Being phased out for Mercures - very similar acquisition cost, lower CASM, more speed. One to be sold immediately once the lowest-hours one is subbed in for the highest-hours one on its route.
16x E195 - "Who doesn't want a couple hours with a skinny Brazilian?" Used for regional destinations of all lengths out to 2500km.
4x E195LR - "Same Brazilian, longer ride!" For regional destinations (up to 3500km) outside of regular E195 range.
8x Dassault Mercure - "Old and loud, but it'll get you there and suck your fuel down!" Short regional destinations of under 1700km.
1x B73G - "Short, fat, and boring. But still more useful than your wife." Places that E-Jets can't fly. Right now that means across the Atlantic.

Future f***ing fleet:
2x Mercure, to replace the 146s on short regional routes.
3x B73G, to open point-to-point TATLs from East Coast destinations. DCA will come online just because I think that's funny, and BDA or one of the Caribbean cities, because it actually makes a tiny bit of sense.
4x E195, to fill out point-to-point in US and Caribbean.
2x E195LR, to expand regional network outwards.

Very future f***ing fleet:
B753, to make lots of money.

Fleet commentary: Please note that the previous fleet renewal was completed in less than 48 hours, all replacing with planes with more seats and better CASM. Following the replacement of the 146s, future fleet purchases will be growth, rather than replacement, for the foreseeable future. Fleet replacement will be slightly delayed as fuel is hedged up to about 20 million, which is a fair amount for our fuel-efficient and short-haul fleet. Presently at 10 million, and should have no trouble getting the rest and getting some new metal by the end of the day.

Destinations, in no particular order, and possibly not even a complete list:

IAD, DCA, PHL, PIT, ORD, CLT, MCI, DAB, MIA, IAH, DFW, AUS, YUL, YYZ, YWG, BDA, HAV, SAL, SJD, RBA.

New marketing programs:

We at BoVoBa are pleased to announce a new partnership with the British TV program "The X Factor." Though we serve zero destinations in the UK and are unloading our British planes, we still see benefits to this program. Simon Cowell has been hired into upper management and will be supervising our customer relations training program after the O'Leary School of Public Relations proclaimed publicly that they wanted to "rape" us on our new training agreement. Cheryl Cole has been hired as our head flight attendant, and all future FA hiring decisions will be made solely on the basis of the applicant's physical resemblance to Ms. Cole. Dannii Minogue has recorded our in-flight safety announcements. Since our customers are mainly American, it was anticipated that they would be entirely unable to understand Ms. Cole's Newcastle accent, as nobody in England can either. That and that Americans basically think Aussie accents are...likely related to high-quality air carriers. People who call our customer service hotline will be played a recording of Jedward performing Britney Spears until they finally hang up. It is anticipated that typical call duration will be reduced to approximately six seconds.

We have additionally made the difficult decision to remove FA jumpseats from our aircraft. This unfortunately means that our Cheryl Cole look-alike FAs will have to sit on passengers' laps during take-off and landing. For safety reasons, only non-revving employees will be permitted to share seats with the FAs. Pilot and mechanic employment applications have shot up by 900% following this announcement.

We've still got stocks to sell, and you're still an idiot if you don't invest. As you can tell, we are (still, mostly) graduates of the O'Leary School of Public Relations, and hence our motto. The customers want to fly somewhere, we want to f*** them, and the result is that everyone wants to drink. Boire, Voler, et Baiser. BoVoBa: Come fly the friendly* skies.**

*With 122 people on an E195, they better be friendly!
**Glenn Tilton, f*** you! It's our slogan now!

Thanks to all our wonderful investors! The stock price has risen 12% since initial investments were made last night.

Fleet/routes: 3x ERJ190-200AR have been added, serving ATL-GOH, ATL-YHY, and ATL-YYJ. These routes have initially proved to be very profitable and expansion of the ERJ fleet will continue.

Investments: TOPAC now owns 741,000 shares of a.net poster airlines and will continue to make investments as it receives new ones.

I just wish the advertising prices would go down more. And I need to buy more than 10mil lbs of fuel at a time. Bought it yesterday afternoon and already down to a little more than 6 mil. Gotta be better with holding onto more cash.

I am opening a 3rd focus city in GDL, in addition to the existing 737-900 service to ABQ and SFO we started nonstop service to MDW on a 737-900 and will be starting service to TPA and JFK later today using a 737-900 and 757-300 respectively. GDL will see expansion to major US markets, regional flights within Mexico and Central America and long haul services into South America -- that can be flown by a 757-300.

Fleet count for the morning:

3 Boeing 787-8
10 Boeing 757-300
20 Boeing 737-900
32 ERJ 190-200

Must say I really like the new method for selecting a new route all it needs is to tell you the demand for the route before you move to the next step and it would be perfect, because if you select a route and don't like the demand its back to the start of the search

All G-COX are ATR 42-400, Current Fleet 11
all G-HAN are ATR 42-500, Current Fleet 24
all G-MWH are A319 ACJ, Current Fleet 8
all G-SUN are B753 Current Fleet 6
all G-SEA are B762 Current Fleet 3
Must think up a new one soon, slow moving brain trying to get into gear ;)

Since the last update Trillium Airlines has expanded, adding three Bombardier Q400s and a second Boeing 738 to our fleet.

Out of YYZ, our regional operations serves destinations such as:

- ROC
- FWA
- DCA
- PIT
- YOW

Our mainline operations serves:

- YVR
- BWI

With a recent purchase of four million pounds of Jet-A, our stock has sunk 1.5 cents to 23.5. However, the stock has risen over 100% in the past two weeks and continues to rise.

In the coming weeks, we will be looking to further expand our mainline fleet and begin service utilizing YVR as our second hub.
Aviation is proof that, given the will, we have the capacity to achieve the impossible.
