Best "That's What She Said" Lines You've Heard

Tue Feb 16, 2010 6:13 am

Hey all,

We've all heard them, the "that's what she said" jokes. Please share some of the best ones you've heard.

As for me, mine happened just earlier today. I was at school getting lunch at Subway with a few buddies. After one of my friends ahead of me ordered, one of the Subway employees said to another employee "Can you put that six inch double-meat in the oven for me?"

That's what she said.

Harsh! I like the format too, for what it's worth. But only when used very sparingly. Sometimes a well-deployed 'that's what she said' can be the funniest thing.

Last night my friend and I were talking music (about Annie, actually) and trying to figure out how she is so catchy. He said 'I can't get my head round it' - and you can imagine the rest...

Here are some good ones from perhaps the biggest user of such jokes, Michael Scott.

and this one from Star Wars is decent too

Not quite what "she" said, but close: Last week in the canteen, one of the IT guys (apropos of testing a new program), out loud turned to me and said "I must get into you soon". Naturally I replied "That's the best offer I've had all day . . . and it's not even eleven o'clock!". Cue laughs all around and one red-faced programmer.
