What Do You Watch On TV Now?

We're into another fall TV season! Already, a few new shows have been canceled (which is probably a good thing   ). What shows are you currently in to? I'm only listing current programs that are still being made, but you can list reruns if you watch them, too.

Here's my list (I don't have cable, so it's all local TV for me!)

Just moved into a new apartment; don't have a TV at all; but the apt building has a club room with a big screen & cable!

Last night after I got home from work at midnight or so, I watched a succession of Cheers reruns on Hallmark channel.  


Back when I had a TV and a 9-to-5 schedule, the only series I watched regularly were The Big Bang Theory and Criminal Minds.

I also like Craig Ferguson.

Actually very little.
I used to watch about 5-6 hrs a night of mostly forgettable crap.
About 6 weeks ago I started a new role that entailed 5+ weeks of training that was conducted 15:00-20:30 each week day, add the commute on to that I would be home around 22:00, by he time emails etc were checked it was time for sleep.
Watched one drama episode and I think 3 docos in that 6 week period and don't feel like I have missed a thing!

Nothng, I got up this morning hit the power button and after a little pop, nothing. Guess the power supply has gone to the great power supply beyond.    I liked that TV too.

At the moment I am watching the Liga-total conference channel with three games of the 2. Bundesliga, after that I will watch the Friday night game of the 1. Bundesliga; my favorite club Borussia Dortmund plays in Cologne tonight.

This Liga-total channel from T-Home Entertain (IP-TV) is the best acquisition I've ever made.

Well, seeing as I have approximately 30 minutes of "personal time" each day when all is said and done, nothing much. Every now and then I'll catch an episode of How I Met Your Mother.

Modern family, Football, Football, and more Football followed by sportscenter. Maybe some of those ghost shows on ScyFy. But I don't have much time for T.V. with classes and all.

BOO! On Dish Network and Fox Sports.
No Local sports(USC,Kings,Lakers,etc,etc,,,) due to in-fighting charges.Channels are blacked-out.

When "How I Met Your Mother" goes to reruns, I'll swap in "House", and "Bones" will replace "Big Bang Theory" when it goes to repeats. Wednesdays at 9 is a killer for me - besides "Criminal Minds", there's "Modern Family" and "Law & Order - SVU" too. (I haven't watched "L&O - Los Angeles" yet.)

For news, I watch BBC World News on New Jersey Network.

The rest of the time if I'm in a TV mood, I watch movies or DVDs from Netflix - I usually keep a back-season DVD for "Man vs. Food" and "Top Gear" on hand.

If I had cable, I'd add Top Gear, Man v. Food, Caprica, and probably a bunch of other stuff...

Just the Formula 1, and the news in the evening. Nothing else interests me.

I watch very little TV nowadays and will almost always just watch my favorite shows on Hulu the day after they air. The shows that I watch each week without exception (assuming, of course, that it's a new episode) are The Simpsons, American Dad, Glee, and Modern Family.

Aside from the news which I watch every day ...

Sunday: F1 race, AFL match ... if they're on.
Monday: nothing.
Tuesday: Top Gear (the proper UK version, not the Aussie version), NCIS.
Wednesday: nothing.
Thursday: nothing.
Friday: AFL match if on, James May's Toy Stories, NCIS.
Saturday: AFL match if on, F1 qualifying if on, Air Crash Investigation, Iron Chef, The Bill.

I never had a TV.

I can watch all my favourite sports events live on the Internet, lots of films frrom oldest to newest, music, news, everything I want.

No risk of TV brainwashing and no watching all these politicians liars and thieves, the Angela, Silvio, Nicolas, Barack, and others.

No TV is great!!!

I only have Freeview here in the UK at the moment, so my viewing pleasure is limited (although not as limited as when we only had three channels!), but as I work from home three weeks out of every four (the fourth week I have to endure Dutch TV!), the votes from the UK jury are as follows:

I've been watching Ice Road Truckers: Deadliest Roads in which our fearless truckers are transported to India and drive from Delhi into the Himalayas delivering stuff to Kuppa Dam. Our rugged friends are close to losing it in the chaotic traffic way up high on treacherous roads that are subject to landslides and other perils.

It's a great show on many levels, and also deals with the frustration of applying Western ways in an Eastern culture. Definitely Must-See TV.
