Cool, a fresh Bundesliga thread! Just in time for matchday #8!

Seems that the BVB will have it easy tonight in Cologne, Bild-Online is reporting that Cologne's goal keeper Mondragon is out of the team. In the FC's goal tonight will be Miro Varvodic who is not even an amateur player, on the bench is Daniel Schwabke, a guy with just six regional league games. I hope that Barrios and Kagawa will entertain us with a bunch of goals tonight! The BVB will be Spitzenreiter when they win the game!

Whoa guys, I finally found what I was seaching so long for! Look here, the website scoccerbible.com has a damned interesting statistic of which shoe is scoring the most goals in the Bundesliga.

So far it is looking like that:

Of course they have these statistics of other leagues, not only the Bundesliga. The site is definitely worth a visit!

1:1 now, Poldi scored for the FC.    Great, 0 points in the Tippspiel (I predicted a 3:1 for the BVB incl. joker), my series continues.

Yes, I posted a smilar article in the archived thread. I really hope that nothing will happen there, the Bundesliga suffers already enough from the "Alle besoffen, nur Randale" reputation.

Prepared by a Polak, perfected by a Turk! Whoohoo!

Well, Dortmund is back in the lead, so there is still potential for points.

And I am really looking forward to what team van Gaal will pull out for the Hannover game tomorrow, with Robbery injured, Schweinsteiger injured, van Bommel injured (dank des inkompetenten Käsefresser-Mannschaftsarztes), Oli injured, Klose injured, van Buyten potentially injured, and Gomez healthy, things could get really ugly tomorrow.

Yeah, many Bayern players are injured but I think that they will win tomorrow. Bayern with just 8 points after 8 matchdays? No, that won't happen! I predicted a 2:1 for Bayern.

Kloppo already mentioned that on Liga-total in an interview before the game. I am sick and tired of these idiots! Why don't they throw stones at their club's headquater? It is definitely not the BVB's fault that Cologne is too friggin' stupid to win their games!

Actually it's thanks to the incompetent and arrogant Sauerkrautfresser at Bayern who had no problem with letting Van Bommel play several league matches with a knee problem and then try to put the blame on the Dutch when they played him in the game against Sweden.

Yeah, and Bayern is probably to blame for Robben's injury as well   . Do you honestly think that a world-renowned doctor like Müller-Wohlfahrt would let van Gaal put a player on the field if he knows he already is injured? Well, you probably do, seeing as how the Dutch are now more or less calling M-W a fraud and incompetent doctor. Once again just showing that since the Dutch don't have actual arguments in their favor they instead try to shift the blame onto someone else.

It was that "wonder healer" the KNVB hired who helped worsen the injury of Arjen Robben. Dr Müller-Wohlfahrt is a well known orthopedic physician, you could almost call him a legend. Compared to Dr Müller-Wohlfahrt, the doctor who initially treated Arjen Robben is a quack.

He's not injured due to the Team Doctor  . V Bommel had been injured for at least 3 previous Bundesliga matches and playing with injections in his knee. Why on earth did FC Bayern allow him first of all to travel to the NL if he would be injured?

FC Bayern has big problems to start up the engine this year and due to their gold-digging mentality they are searching for money out of Holland. I bet for 99% that there won't go any Euro from Zeist to Munich.

Best things for FC Bayern is to have a look at their own training schemes, with such a long list of injured players (10) there's obviously something wrong in the club.

Quoting DAL767400ER (Reply 12):

It's the opposite. KNVB and an independent hospital made scans. These revealed nothing, the player wanted to play (did not feel pain), and M-W didn't want to come to check it. M-W had 4 days to come to Holland to check V Bommel. He chose not to go and therefor lost his argument.

The matchday so far in a summary: The HSV ended Mainz's series, Bayern won with three goals from Gomez, my friends from Gelsenkirchen earned one point, Pauli won and climbed on place #4 of the table and Werder also won with 2:1. At the moment is Wolfsburg playing vs. Leverkusen, Wo'burg is leading with 1:0, Diego scored. News from the 2. Liga: The VfL Bochum won!

Great, Leverkusen scored the 3:2, there go my 40 points (my tip was 2:2).    Please Wo'burg, make the 3:3, then I'll get at least 20 points!

At the moment is Gekas making "richtig Programm" for the Eintracht, he already scored twice vs. Lautern.

Looks like after all the euphoria, Kaiserslautern is going down again...

In other news, today's Mopo had an interessting headline. It said that for the first time in history, two teams from Hamburg are in the top 5 of the Bundesliga (HSV Platz 4, St. Pauli Platz 5). That being said, had Gladbach won against Hoppenheim, then we'd still be 5th place until Friday.

Gladbach was a joke, today they made everything wrong... red card for one of their players, a penalty against them, and Hoffenheim turned the game. It must suck to be a player of them right now.

Arminia Bielefeld continues to be the Lachnummer of the 2. Bundesliga. The game is just 14 minutes old and the MSV Duisburg is already leading with 3:0! I guess it would be better for Christian Ziege to change the job, being a football coach is definitely not his cup of tea.

Whoa, what a Champions League matchday! Bayern won lucky with 3:2 (two own goals by Cluj within three minutes), the FC Basel won with 3:1 in Rome (Alex Frei scored the 1:0), Real sent Milan home with a 2:0 (Özil and Ronaldo) and Arsenal slaughtered Donezk with 5:1.

Indeed! A great matchday today.

I've been watching Ajax-Auxerre tonight. 3 red cards (1 for Ajax, 1 for Auxerre and 1 for a reserve player of Auxerre). Also 3 goals disallowed, so a good combination for some nice football drama

The Bayern game must have been pure comedy, two own goals (!!!) from Cluj within a few minutes!

Too bad that I couldn't watch it today, Champions League is only on Sky and I have Liga-total (Bundesliga only).

You can have a look at youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ApjObpu1xF4 with Greek commentary .

Tonight some interesting fixtures: Bremen visiting Twente (Battle for European survival), S04 receiving visitors from Israel and in Group D Barcelona vs Kobenhavn (which have 6 points already).

I am currently watching the game as it is the only one they show on German free-TV tonight. Schalke is leading with 1:0 (Huntelaar again) but Tel Aviv isn't playing bad either. I am looking forward to the second half!

I'm disappointed about Werder Bremen. They were the second best hope for some achievement in the UCL along with Bayern, but curiously, they continue to embarass ourselves (now a 1:1 against FC Twente, a nobody in Dutch football which by some chance in hell won the Meisterschaft, at least AZ Alkmaar had van Gaal while Twente only has Bryan Ruiz), Schlacke is doing all the good performance right now (with two goals from Raúl), and the Dusel-Bayern have struck again.

This UCL season is getting weirder and weirder for German teams.

Well Twente is not a nobody anymore in Dutch football. Werder simply doesn't have more than average players. Mertesucker is quite a fine player though! (he's being linked to Man.Utd)

Well, my prediction was right, a draw between the HSV and Bayern (30 points for me  ). It was a quite watchable game despite there were no goals. What was up with Guerrero? Petric came in for him the 61st minute and Guerrero wasn't apparently pleased with that, he kicked a side fence, refused to shake hands with Petric during the change, and then he went directly to the cabin instead of going to the bench to watch the game with his team-mates till the end. Drama queen!

First thing that gets to my mind: Perhaps he was not only pissed with getting subbed, but also because the Mopo published an article of José Paolo Guerrero parking his Porsche in a Behindertenparkplatz.

http://www.mopo.de/2010/20101019/spo...rkt_auf_behinderten_parkplatz.html

Erst der Flaschenwurf, dann wird er wegen Falschparken verpetzt. Only difference: The costs of the Knöllchen are peanuts compared to the fine he paid for the Flaschenwurf.

The commentator mentioned that on Liga-total yesterday night.

By the way, Rolf Töpperwien is back! Unfortunately only for one day but you can hear him today in the ARD Bundesligakonferenz, he is reporting from the H96-Cologne game. He just said on WDR 2 that he experienced everything you can experience as a Bundesliga Reporter and commentator but he has never been part of the legendary ARD Konferenz. His sister - who works for the WDR - made it possible that he can be part of it today. I'll switch on my radio later!

Today was not only Bundesliga but also a little Revier Derby between BVB II and S04 II. The card statistik is utterly funny:

Gelbe Karten: Stiepermann (89., Zeitspiel) - Pourie (23., Foulspiel), Fahrenhorst (70., Meckern), Streit (77., Meckern), Stark (79., Meckern), Latza (79., Meckern), Kraska (81., Ball auf Gegenspieler werfen)

"Meckern" and "Ball auf Gegenspieler werfen" reminds me rather of a B-Youth game.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA that is crazy HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Reminds me of a Vienna Landesliga game in the 90ties:

Player of Post SV named Selim Bülbül had a great record:

88´ Gelbe Karte ( Kritik)
89´ Rote Karte ( Kritik)
90 ´ Rote Karte ( Schiedsrichterinsultierung)..... banned for 16 games

Returned for the final game and was ejected again.

Can´t believe what is wrong in Gelsenkirchen, I mean honestly the players must be on something. Frankfurt played great football but unbelievable dimensiones are between those clubs and so scheisse wie Schalke ist, da fehlen mir die Worte......

"Meckern" and "Ball auf Gegenspieler werfen" reminds me rather of a B-Youth game.

Haha, thanks for sharing!!! Funny also that two of the player's names are: Streit and Stark.

Especially Kraska's card is funny  Shall have been a nice match to watch, i like it!

Returned for the final game and was ejected again.

Banned for 16 games, wow, i wonder what he said, and really classic to be ejected again after having sit the ban.

Whoa, the BVB saved one point with a last minute goal. Toni da Siva's free-kick was as awesome as Nuhin Sahin's free-kick in the game vs. Bayern. Good to see that almost all BVB players can handle standard situation pretty good, I guess that they practise that pretty often during the training.

Just read that PSV Eindhoven absolutely crushed and humiliated Feyenoord Rotterdam by winning 10-0 on Sunday.  Wow!

Yes, although Ajax drawed 2-2, I had a good day!!!  Feyenoord is currently ranked #15 with only 8 points in 10 games.

What?  Wow! Incredible!

I found something cool on YouTube, a report from the BVB Netradio from yesterday's BVB-Hoffenheim game (skip to 2:50 Min. there begins the action): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSv9-iMxOZQ

I especially loved the "JAWOHL! Ihr habt's verdient!" part!

I liked that as well!  I also liked Nobby Dickel's "Ja!" at the end of the video after he celebrated the goal with the BVB fans in the stadium (my girly and me were two of the 80.720 who shouted "DA SILVA"  ).

For the next BVB game I will turn off the tone of my TV and listen to the BVB Netradio instead.

When I read that, I just couldn't believe that. That's the same as an Abstieg of Bayern München, just unthinkable.

By the way, you know what was really embarassing this matchday: The way Köln sacked Soldo. First a paper published the news, then it was withdrawn, then the news came to Soldo through the media and not by Michael Meier.

Michael Meier is becoming an embarassment to football. Not just did he also bring the BVB to near bankruptcy, but he seems to be doing the same thing to the 1. FC Köln (at least judging by the way he plays Big Spender), with the blessing of Mr Overath.

Dude was a big topic among fans in the stadium yesterday afternoon. Had you asked if Meier is an asshole, 80.720 people had shouted "Yes!!!".

Ist aus nem anderen Forum, passt aber ganz gut:

Quote:
Dienstag 26.10.2010, 9.00 Uhr.
