I know that pink shirts are one story, however, if given the chance, would you ever wear a pink hoodie?

I don't wear hoodies and I don't wear pink.
I don't like pink Cadillacs either and think pink is an ugly color.
It's the color of inside our bodies and it should stay there.
It's not a feminine or masculine issue for me. I just find it an unattractive color.

I have pink oxford cloth button-down shirts and pink polo shirts - and even a mostly pink silk tie. No to the pink hoodies - and definitely no to the whole hoodie thing in general. I used to live in downtown LGB, and wearing the wrong colored hoodie could get you killed in a gangbanger drive-by.

Precisely. I just dislike the colour - on men, women, transsexual, children,cats dogs - it is just unpleasant. I don't wear hoodies either.

Probably not, just because I prefer my sweatshirts and the like to be darker. I'm fine wih wearing pink shirts, however.

Nope. For me pink is something that can only happen as a washing accident...!

I'm gay, but that has nothing to do with anything. I personally just don't like the colour (or hoodies, while we're at it).

I don't begrudge anybody else wearing pink or hoodies and I don't hink ill of anyone who likes either or both. It's just not for me.

I had to wear one of those years ago with a burgundy bow tie when I worked at Karl's Toys & Hobby back in high school.

Definitely no on pink. It reminds me of Pepto Bismol. Gross.
No on hoodies and sweatshirts. It is never cold enough in Seattle to wear winter clothes.
And if you wear them in the summer, stay out of Florida. You never know what may happen in that state.

Pink is a traditional dress shirt/polo shirt color for men so it might work for a hoodiie - depending on how much you can get away with clothes.

As for me, I'll wear a hoodie to stay warm in winter and there have been many times in past winters when I really wish I had one.

I wouldn't wear a pink shirt (I don't really wear shirts except for college which make us wear suits) but I do like a deep (more purple/magenta) coloured pink (I just need to find a hoodie in that colour). I know you said leave sexual orientation out of this but if I was straight I wouldn't wear a dark pink, but light pink like the one in the photos looks ok (just not my taste personally/it wouldn't suit me!)

Not a great fan of hoodies, mainly because they're too warm for me, but I think a pink shirt button-down shirt with French cuffs should be in every man's wardrobe. It's the one look (apart from a dinner jacket) that almost any man can pull off, regardless of appearance.

I favor a very light pink; almost white. I got the perfect shirt a few years ago in Jermyn Street, but my cat decided to throw up on it and the stain never quite came out

At my high school at least, it was a bunch of rich kids that pretended they had real problems and felt bad for themselves for some reason. But when you say you like to wear black, you sometimes run the risk of being asked "are you emo and/or gothic?" Nope

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned this yet, but technically what the OP is wearing isn't a hoodie.... just a zippered sweat jacket.... a hood shouldn't have a zipper.

I'm not too big on pink, but I've been more willing (with some prodding from the better half to not own shirts that are some shade of gray or blue) to wear more color. What I am wearing today is a white check pattern shirt with lavenderish/pink checks. So I guess I'll wear pink, just not pastel pink.

Oh, gotcha. I like black - it's "my color" - but I think it's just a personal color preference. I actually only have a few black pieces of clothing.

Well that depends on the store. I have 2 zippered hoodies 1 from A&F, 1 from American Eagle and when I bought them they said "hoodie"

I had a south african flatmate who used to wear a tight pink t-shirt with "I'm a ballerina" printed on it when on the pull, I've never met a dude with more success with the ladies, he always claimed it was the t-shirt.

Please tell me that outfit is a Halloween costume or something. Is it a pop culture reference? I'm out of the loop and that's the way I like it.

As for me, I have a pink golf shirt but seldom wear it. I'll mix up the look every once in a while, but nothing too garish and ever since the Komen Kult co-opted all things pink, I steer clear of it lest they sue me for infringing upon their pink what have you....
