That is the insert with lyrics on the other side of their self-titled album from 1975.
It's the album with Rich Girl and Sara Smile.
I picked that record up used for .10 cents back in the 90s and it had that insert/poster.
Great band and under-rated as a musicians but they've earned my respect. Several of their bandmates included GE Smith that was in the Saturday Night Live band.
Their photos ...well maybe it was a good idea at the time.
