I am travelling through CPH airport in two weeks time, and was wondering if there is a bar or similar which might provide a decent meal and most importantly; live televised sports.
As there is a match on not long after I arrive, I'd be very interested if anyone knows of such a place in or near Copenhagen airport. I understand there is a Hilton hotel just outside T3, but not sure they show live football on the telly.
Can anyone recommend a place to go?

The town of Kastrup is wrapped right around the airport - if you take a short walk out of the terminal you are basically in the centre of it. I stayed in a hotel there a few years ago. There's bound to be a bar there somewhere showing football, although I would have thought the Hilton bar will also be showing football.

Perhaps you could take the metro from the airport to either Christianshavn, Kgs, Nytorv, or Nørreport metro station and find a pub in downtown instead, depending on how much time you have. It's only a 15 min. ride from the airport or so.

There's an O'Leary's sports pub in Terminal 2 facing one of the cul de sacs. Dunno if they jack up the prices like everyone else in CPH, but it's worth a shot as they tend to show a fair number of games. If your layover is lengthy one, I'd suggest going into Copenhagen and hitting one of the pubs there.

I'll be heading by rail for Malmö after the match finishes, so I'd rather stay at the airport than get myself lost around Kastrup or Copenhagen.
The O'Leary's pub looks promising, but will I be able to access it after arriving from Norway at T3?
(Is it just for outgoing passengers waiting to depart?)

If you're going by train anyway, there's also an O'Leary's at Copenhagen Central Station.
It's been too long since I went through CPH, but I seem to remember that you go through the "shopping mall" on arrival as well, however once you go to the luggage pickup area you can't turn back. So if you've got checked luggage, that's a no go.

Well that's a kick in the kartoffels... I do have checked luggage, and I seem to remember last time I arrived there we went straight off the shuttle bus and into the baggage claim. So if that does not offer any connection to the rest of the terminal, then it looks like O'Leary's at CPH isn't an option.
Guess I'll give the Hilton hotel a go, or failing that, consider getting the train to Copenhagen.
