Following the recent tragedies in France and Sspain, now a coach carrying 50 ppeople, including many kids, has crashed in Italy killing at least 38 people.
According to the Telegraaf (NL) the bus probably had technical difficulties. Mechanical parts of the bus where found a few 100 metres before the accident, though it does not say what kind of parts. Also, a road worker saw the bus driving at high speed with the front door either opened or missing.
There are so many of such bridges in Italy, with mountains everywhere, that people don't drive that carefully on them.
I'm going there again in two weeks, by car, and you always have to look for the car that will come from nowhere behind you at high speed in tunnels. And after the tunnel, there is a bridge.
