So, in your opinion, those running on the pro-family values should be given a pass whenever they make comments like these? Why is it that it's always the most ardent supporters of family values the ones that get caught with their pants down?

That's not to say that if Trump had run as a Democrat the statement would be irrelevant. However, because I don't see efforts from Democrats to regulate a woman's uterus and because Democrats are not obsessed with defining what a family is and isn't, it would blow over quicker. It's the "do as I say, not as I do" mentality of Republicans that gets them in a tough spot when it comes to these issues.

Despite me being more on the right / conservative side, I take each issue on a case by case basis and I do not support the conservative view on Abortion and the traditional family. Women should have the right to decide whether or not to have an abortion and nobody should be regulating their vagina. Only women should be deciding on issues concerning their bodies. Men and political parties should not be regulating women. I totally oppose the conservative view on that, and on other issues I might ad (I despise religion), despite still, overall, being on the right side of politics.
