Well I guess you can give it to the man for his persistence.
A man in England spent eleven hours trying to get his kettle to boil some water to make a cup of tea. Instead of using a normal kettle, he decided Wi-Fi was the way to go. Trouble is the base station and the kettle weren't on speaking terms ...
As if that wasn't bad enough, he then had to eat his dinner in the dark while the lights downloaded a software update.
