Are you in the southern hemisphere. Here: baby, it's cold outside. 9°C, brrrr, but no white Christmas cold though.

Yep, I’m in the Southern Hemisphere.
Christmas is always hot in Australia

I must confess, I am jealous.

Shame it's not gonna be a white holiday in the area, though it will be cold. I'm headed to Seattle tomorrow and it'll be a gray, wet holiday.

Actually it will be a sunny day here tomorrow - on Wednesday you'll get our stereotypical wet, gray winter day. So you'll just have to be patient![]()
How long will you be in SEA? If it's a while and you want to maybe meet for a drink one afternoon or evening, IM me
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my fellow a.nuts

No need to say, "Happy Holidays;" let's say it for what it really is: "MERRY CHRISTMAS." Political correctness has no place around this time of year.
Merry Christmas to all!

You are wrong though. It is not political correct to call it holidays because not all call it Christmas even if we have celebrations during the same days. Calling it holidays is simply being respectful to those who have other traditions than you.
Nothing wrong with being respectful.

I rode about 85km yesterday afternoon in some spare time I had and the temperatures I recorded were average 34ºC and maximum 41ºC. Today maxed out at 35ºC, hot yes, but not roasting hot as yesterday.
My Christmas present to myself is to finish off with 17,500km of riding on a bicycle for the year. I'm at 17,230km at the moment.Getting plenty of time riding with friends.

35°C+ (96°F) here this week. Now that Christmas official is over, the week settles into more of holidays; light nights, hot days, swimming and pool recreation, and cricket - watching, playing, attending. Barbecues and summer food and drink. No coast or beach for me this summer though sadly..Flyingdevil737 wrote:One day I want a not-so-hot Christmas.
Yeah, definitely! One year I plan to travel abroad in winter just to experience my first true White Christmas in the northern hemisphere.

A white Christmas is fun for a day or two and then you hate it because it is damp and cold and grey
