On top of this Impeachment is simply the right thing to do. If Obama had tried this stunt using aid to Panama or Vietnam to dig up dirt on John McCain, or trading arms to Cuba to get dirt on Rubio or Cruz, Moscow Mitch’s Minions would be frothing at the mouth for Obama’s removal.

Lutsenko disavowed his earlier claims last April before he lost his job, saying Yovanovitch had not produced a ‘do not prosecute’ list and he had not found evidence of Biden corruption. Obviously higher ups in Ukraine knew what Giuliani and his associates were up to and kiboshed Lutsenko’s little game. Then there’s the point about his credibility - this is a guy who covered up an assassination and helped clean up Shokin’s messes. You sure have a lot of faith in corrupt people.

Not this malarkey again - POTUS’s right to due process is secure - he will be afforded all normal opportunities if/when the Senate holds an impeachment trial. The current House inquiry is an oversight process, not a criminal proceeding. You are living in a Hannity-inspired fantasy world.

Majority committees operate via current rules of the House, and Schiff is hardly doing anything Boehner didn’t set in stone prior to the Benghazi hearings. Oddly enough, ‘corrupt’ as they were, administrations 42, 43, and 44 never told material witnesses to defy subpoenas and ignore Congress’s Constitutional rights to oversight - only the 45 WH has done that. The president can cross examine witnesses when the impeachment gets to the Senate. Read the laws and rules regarding impeachment proceedings. They can call witnesses when the actual trial reaches the Senate. This is fact gathering. Looking into whether or not there is enough evidence to proceed with the actual trial. This, in the House, is not the trial. This is fact gathering.

When a person is gunned down in the street, the trial does not start that second. There is fact gathering. There are interviews. The actual trial starts later. Not that second.

Better yet, Hillary was not arrested when she was questioned during those hours in the House committees. Why? The Constitution lays out specific rules. She was under an inquiry. Legal, yes. And she testified under oath. Even though it was not in the Senate on an actual trial. She was still subject to actual perjury laws. Others could testify she was accurate. So, she had not perjured herself. I know that hurts you MAGA fans. How many times has the MAGA leader testified under oath?
