Your Valentine's Day decorations for 2020

Sun Feb 09, 2020 2:58 am

I would like to know, what Valentine's Day decorations did you put for this year?

In addition to my usual pink and red light bulbs in our light fixtures, on or front gate we put a Valentine's wreath and a pink fiberboard heart from the dollar store. On Valentine's night, the wreath will be lit up with battery-powered pink LED fairy lights that I bought from Amazon.

Not to be that guy... but nothing

Of all the made up holidays, this is one of my least favorite. We don't even get a day off. Never celebrated it, single or in a relationship

This is the day that I always wear pink (usually an interlock polo in Fairy Tale) and send texts to my cute cousin. I also make some strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

I'm with you there. Also seems odd to me that the Saint part is often dropped from the day.

Of all the odd (and repetitive) threads you've posted, of all the weird things you've said, and of all your endearing pink-obsessed posts, THIS is the single most eye-opening series of words you've ever written here. You send a text...to your "cute cousin"...on Valentine's Day? To say what? "Hey cutie, happy Valentine's Day, too bad it's illegal!"

We'll hang a "Valentine heart" out under our canopy while we are camping in the desert this week. If I recall it is on the pinker side (should make the OP just a bit happy). Other than that, not much else will be done.

Aside from the initial ‘who does that?’ that I think most people have, what really struck me was:

I would love to have a girlfriend, but my cousin is a very cute girl. She is very smart though. I see her every time I go to Puerto Rico for the holidays.

I genuinely hope this is a troll thread

Love how every "travel blogger" says they will never fly AA/Ethihad again and then says it again and again on subsequent flights.
