These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!

It’s not like you to show restraint in the face of rioters damaging property and injuring law enforcement officers. What happened to you?

Maybe, but I think it will get a very bad reaction from the public. Very uncontrollable environment we all are in now![]()

Right, they weren't Trump supporters at all?

I didn't see any looting or violence against persons going on in DC today, so I'm not sure BLM/Antifa compares favorable. You don't need a comparison anyway to conclude extremists on both sides are thugs.

Just seen that both his earlier video and tweet removed. Thats very humiliating for a President.

The man pictured in Nancy Pelosi’s office took a piece of her mail, made it out safely, then posed for a pic
@AllMattNYT
That’s Richard “Bigo” Barnett, 60, from Gravette, Ak., showing off the personalized envelope he took from Speaker Pelosi’s office. He insisted he didn’t steal it — “I left a quarter on her desk.”
@AllMattNYT
Barnett, whose shirt was ripped opened and who kept shouting about being “maced,” was loudly entertaining fellow protesters with tales of his exploits.
After getting into Pelosi’s office, he said, “I wrote her a nasty note, put my feet up on her desk and scratched my balls.”
@AllMattNYT

He claimed that he was politely knocking on the door of Pelosi’s office when he was pushed in by other protesters. It was a story he knew no one would buy - “I’ll probably be telling them this is what happened all the way to the D.C. jail,” he said.

Those who defiled the chambers of the United States House and Senate, parading with Confederate flags and defying lawful orders to stop and disperse are nothing more than common criminals. They have stained America’s Capitol and thereby our national government in front of the entire world and they did it claiming they were doing this for us.
Mr. President, the people who did this are responsible for their vile actions, but you brought them together today, asked them to share your anger and sent them down Constitution Avenue to the Capitol. It’s up to you to end this attack on our government and the rule of law by people declaring they act in your name and for your benefit.
Two pathetically weak tweets followed by a video that didn’t condemn the violence won’t cut it, Mr. President.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said lawmakers will resume counting the Electoral College vote later Wednesday after armed protesters stormed the Capitol building, disrupting the proceedings and forcing lawmakers to flee to secure locations.
"To that end, in consultation with Leader Hoyer and Whip Clyburn and after calls to the Pentagon, the Justice Department and the Vice President, we have decided we should proceed tonight at the Capitol once it is cleared for use," Pelosi wrote in a letter to House members.
The lawmakers will return for a joint session, so members of both the House and Senate will join. It's unclear what time lawmakers will reconvene.
"We always knew this responsibility would take us into the night," Pelosi continued. "The night may still be long but we are hopeful for a shorter agenda, but our purpose will be accomplished."

The US capital hasn’t been breached since 1814 when the British set it on fire. This is far more serious and you know it.

Well, never thought I'd see the day that I applauded Karl Rove, but I guess anything can happen given enough time

In year one, a 70+ year old man has no business clowning around on childish meant-for-entertainment platforms like Twitter, Tik Tok etc....esp. the leader of the world's most powerful nation.
These 'people' who would so love a proven lifelong failed, immoral, deceptive law breaking tax cheat as a savior and place him above their country forsake their citizenship.
I personally have cut personal long time friendships with three people who followed this fool past the 2020 election. Enough is enough and these former associates are valuable contacts but certainly not worth retaining with such mental state whereas they haven't slightest clue how they come off to 'anyone observing'. Two of them have attempted a New Years greeting text - which has and will continue to go without reply and blocked.
Nationally, America now sees white privilege in all it's glory....an assemblage of 40 BLM protesters or more would have been met immediately with a enormous brigade of SWAT units and then some.
But this not them and what see unfolding here is an assemblage the Bundy clan is pissed they were not a part of it.
A BLM crowd this size? Apache attack helos and troops would have been at the ready within seconds.
Cruz and rest must pay for their aiding and abetting in this act of insurrection.
I've pitched a bitch about this ignorant feckless president since his announced intent to run as have many others here, now the 'trump lives rent free in your head' crowd goes ghost now that their true colors are on display for all to see. And to think, they were greatly offended by Colin Kaepernick took a knee at NFL games - and the team owners..I say to them 'Look at who you were listening to...' president Jim Jones'... hopefully he's packing a couple cask of 'Kool Aid', to cool them off.

If you think the Apache choppers would have been called in for BLM protesters, imagine what would have happened if they looked like people of Arab or other Middle Eastern descent. They'd have been immediately shot as terrorists, But white guys with pipe bombs, meh.....and I say this as a male Caucasian US citizen.
