You ask this on an aviation forum? I'll include only places where I've slept.

North America
-USA
-Mexico
-Canada
-Bahamas
-Cayman Islands
-Jamaica

Europe
-Iceland

-France
-Germany (West)
-Austria
-Switzerland
-Italy
-Greece

Asia
-China (Hong Kong)
-Korea (South)
-Saudia Arabia
-India

Australia
-Australia

I'm surprised I haven't been to South America. Should probably remedy that. Maybe North Africa, also.

48 (and have at least seen Antarctica from the air)

South America (2):
Argentina, Brazil

Oceania (3):
Australia, New Zealand, Fiji

Europe (25):
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK, Vatican City

Africa (7):
Botswana, Kenya, Morocco, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Asia (10):
Cambodia, China, East Timor, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam

North America (1):
USA

I could find positive things about all countries I’ve been too. A few negatives too, so rating most and least liked nations would be a bit irrelevant.

All rate some in terms of “packing a punch” (ie which nations are have the most interesting sights, scenery, people culture etc relative to their size).

In this category I’d put:
Slovenia - barely heard of it but saw such beautiful sights for such a small country
South Island of NZ - so much jaw dropping scenery all packed into one island.
South part of the US state of Utah - canyons and national parks galore
Yangzhou/Guilin in China - thought I was on a different planet for a while there.

What doesn’t pack a punch? Brazil - don’t get we wrong, there’s some amazing parts to Brazil, it’s just that they’re few and far between in one of the biggest countries in the world.
England outside of London - bland, Scotland and Northern Ireland are great however.

Within the next few years, I hope to add Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.

My list of places travelled so far as a 'Tourist Only'.

Malaysia
Singapore
Thailand
Oman
Hong Kong

Hopefully, this year, once when 'Normal Travel' resumes, my 'Bucket Lists Of Must Visit Places' includes:

USA
Europe
Canada
New Zealand
Australia
Japan and
Mexico.

The main purpose for visiting these places will obviously be for 'Plane Spotting' apart from visiting their great landmarks.

Hopefully, the US Consulate will be kind enough to grant 'Tourist Visa' for this reason.

I think the club is too generous in what they count as a country - my view is that recognition by either the UN or by a large number of UN members should determine what counts
